(Okay, here's a fanfiction based on the popular horror game Covetous.)
(Tell me how it is guys OwO it's my first game-based Creepypasta.)

Monitors beeped.
Someone groaned as she held her newborn son.
The doctor conversed with the nurse quietly.
Nobody noticed me.
I was supposed to have a body.
I was supposed to have a family.
And it was all taken from me.
I will do anything to get it back.
The first thing I remember - no, the first thing I know happened is self-awareness.
Cruel Mother Nature had put me behind the stomach and liver like a discarded piece of luggage.
I remember a hunger.
It was so simple then.
I was hungry, so I ate.
I ate and ate. I grew stronger and bigger as I consumed my host.
And then I started to think.
I started asking myself why I was hungry.
Why I was trapped inside my own brother.
The longer I thought about it, the more it made me angry.
I started thinking that my brother had to pay for being my prison.
That all should be punished for leaving me to rot here.
So I ate with growing ferocity.
And soon I could start seeing patches of cells where there were visible marks of damage from my absorption.
As the days passed, I grew increasingly confident that I could escape.
That I could see the light of day.
That I could feel a cool breeze on my cheek.
Not to long after, I found my chance.
I started tearing at my host's body.
Oh my faithful servant, you have served me well.
But as I kept attacking the skin of my brother,
I could feel doubt creeping into my mind.
I would not do it.
I could not do it.
I was unable to kill my brother.
My form remained there in my brother's body cavity until it was dug out by curious doctors.
I don't know what happened after that.
But I know
That I
