Moon sighed. "Yeah.. but now that my gem is cracked, my power is basically worthless. I'm just a wolf with a shard in my chest." He pawed at it, wondering if he could ever fix it. I need to find the other pieces of both our gems. He glanced at where he left Star's gem piece.

Moon walked towards the fire with the piece. He stared into it, searching for any signs of anything. He could barely see past the smoke, but he could make out a faint glimmer through the window. Bingo. He stared at it.
