I played Yellow. Funny how my last was red. :P. I went like Yellow-Firered-Leafgreen-Bluewhatever-Silver-Gold-Diamond-Pearl-Platinum-Black-Black 2-White 2-White-Blue-Red.

Mine was the original Pokemon blue..My sister let me play with it...It was so fun I didn't know what to do c: . Good old times..

Then I went Pokemon white-Pokemon X-Pokemon Gold (Original but didn't work much since my middle sister never used it and she might've threw it in the water by mistake c:)

Pretty sure the first Pokemon game I ever played was Gold when I was like 5 or 6 years old...
I remember that I accidentally swapped Gold versions with my cousin and ended up with his loaded game and he had mine when he left our house xD
To this day we never switched back, though I'm sure he found out about it.

Fire red was probably my first.

My first was Crystal. My sister got it for Christmas and after beating it a few times, she finally let me try it. I killed Raikou, caught an Ekans with my master ball, and released my starter. Can't all be winners, I guess!

Mine was Pokemon Red. I also have the original Green Version, but I started with Pokemon Red. Good old times *~*... I remember how hard it was to choose my first Pokemon XD

Was the best at it. never really caught mewtwo or any other legendaries other than zapdos

My first pokémon game was the red version. I was in elementary school and had already a Venusaur when I was at Mt. Moon, because I didn´t know that it was ok to flee from a fight with wild pokémon.....xD Oh and I didn´t know that you could switch the pokemon in your team so it was always Venusaur who started to fight :P I played it like 2345 hours (not really xD) and had all 150 pokemon (it was sooo hard to catch Tauros in safari zone...)!

Sadly, my save file got deleted when I started a new game to trade a friend the starter pokemon and didn´t pay attention to the "save the game" dialog before the trade...:/

When I started my game afterwards I was like "Omg, why I have only a Rattata...?! Where´s my Venusaur?!" One of the saddest moments in life for me :,( Never completed the pokedex ever again...:/

It was my brother's game, and I restarted his save file. Let me tell you, he was not happy. xD
