The Cubchoo continued through the large cave.As he walked he would sometimes stop and play in the snow.He would possibly find his way outside or he would be in a totally different cave.This Cubchoo had a hard time focusing.His father would always tell him that he would never make a good Beartic if he always fell of track.The Cubchoo wanted to be big and strong like his father so on this day he set out to find and fight Kyreum.The young Cubchoo stumbled in the snow,disturbed other pokemons peace and quit,and then it fell of its track.The poor Cubchoo walked hopelessly in the snowy land.As he walked on he came upon a large cave.It was full of ice and felt like there was a powerfull opponent inside.The Cubchoo wanted to be big and strong so he went inside.To his surprise all that was inside this menacing cave was ice.Still determind to be strong the little Cubchoo walked through the cave searhing for a pokemon he could fight.He came upon a big opening in a wall and went through.Inside he found a large hunk of clear ice.When he got closer,he could see the pokemon he was looking for.The Cubchoo broke out to tears and started to hit the ice with many of its attacks.He had finally gotten tired and found a cozy spot near the ice and slept.When he awoke the next morning he noticed that he had slept on the ice and had thawed a spot out.This spot he had melted was right on the Kyreums side.The Cubchoo reached and felt the cold scales.When his warm hand ran over the scales,he heard a clank at his feet.When he looked down he saw a scale,a scale made of unmeltable ice.The Cubchoo grabbed the scale and ran out of the cave.He ran until he found his way home.When he got home,he showed his father the scale.The Beartic stood frozen.As dumbfounded as he was he managed to say he was proud to see his little Cubchoo was strong enough to defeat Kyreum. Kyreum awoke very dazed.He crashed through the ice like it was only paper.He walked to a large ice slab.He looked into his eyes and suddenly was full of anger and fear.He saw that on the right side of his body,that a scale was gone.The Kyreum roared and crashed through the cave walls and was running through the snow outside.He could tell were his scale was and headed strait to the Cubchoo's home. The Cubchoo sat happily at the dinner rock were he was given some yummy foods and tasty drinks.When the Cubchoo could not eat anymore he got up and headed to sleep in his cave room.The Beartic parents sat at the entrance and kept watch.When the Cubchoo's father sat up to here better,he was scared at what he did hear.The Beartic father helped his wife up and ran to get their son.Before they made it the Kyreum was attacking them.They but lots of effort into the fight,but before they knew it they had been knocked out.they Kyreum Roared at the Cubchoo and grabbed and snapped at his scale.The Cubchoo was so frightened that he accidentally used powder snow on the Kyreum.The large pokemon roared with laughter.In the cubchoo's head he devised a plan.He attacked the Kyreum again.Now howling with laughter,the Kyreum fell to the ground,eyes full of tears.The Cubchoo shoved the cold scale into the Kyreums open mouth.Without noticing,the Kyreum swallowed the scale.When it stoped laughing,the Cubchoo said that the scale had been stolen.The Kyreum felt its precence but ran off to find it anyways.From that day on,it is said that you can still hear the stops of that Kyreum looking for its long lost scale.
