There has been hashtags like Dontgojordon made by the creator to "see" how many people care for them to stay on the game. i feel this is just wrong for several reasons 1) It messes with people's feelings. 2) Its pretty dumb, annoying and cruel to people who are friends with these people 3) if your friends are not the best reason for you to stay why even bother with the hashtag. I feel that there should be a rule(which i highly doubt) or at least something happen so this wouldst happen.

Title: Attention

Also, they only want attention, it's so annoying...

Yeah.
If I was leaving, I would just say:
Hey I'm leaving (reasons blah blah blah), I'll try to come on from time to time. See you.

Completely agree.
If the "quitting" user starts it, they clearly don't need to quit anyway. They'd probably stay whether people posted or not and just act offended if a given person didn't beg for them to stay.
If someone else starts it, they are causing unnecessary stress for the one who wants or NEEDS to quit but can't because their "friends" are pressuring them into staying.

This does affect people's feelings, so with that said, I think this would fall under breaking rule 1.1. Adding specific examples of what not to do in the rules could get confusing, though. However, I do believe this should become an offense worthy of a warning.

Adding Rules is completely based on Riako and the mods so I guess this is actually useless. If Riako dosen't feels he won't add it. Even if you get 1000 "Supports"

Sadly, I don't think would be implemented because of the base fact it's under what a rule states.(?)

But yeah, making these hashtags are careless. First of, making your friend for a certain reason but they have a feeling they should leave is an example of being a horrible friend. They need comfort, not to be the environment that makes them uncomfortable.

And, making the hashtags makes your friends feel horrible. Especially for people who have mental disorders that cause them to be depressed. You're just encouraging depression.

But maybe this could be a example of what you shouldn't do.

I agree, the hashtags are a pain and some way to prevent them would be great.

However, there's not really anything that can be done, can there? I mean, it's something that doesn't really work as a rule... I suppose it hints at rule 1.1 but it's just too intricate to add a rule saying don't post "hashtag blah blah". And a filter (or something similar) wouldn't work either as people would find a way around it.

I think the solution is not to have official action taken but rather to have a player-to-player discussion on the issue. Maybe mutually decide we're not going to post these hashtags because it irritates the community etc. We'd have to avoid bullying them into stopping though, have a calm talk about it. Or something along those lines.
