I think That's the right place to post this.

When you have a level quest (Rowan gives you a Pokemon and you raise it to have a higher level than Oak's), you can get at higher than 100 levels (usually). But Oak's pokemon gains 1 level Per hour, from what I know. I had a Karp quest and mine was 1 level higher. I LOST because Oak's Karp leveled up while Rowan took back His from me. So they were at equal level.

I suggest Oak's Pokemon not to gain levels in the last hour.

This is a really great idea. This would hopefully reduce the number of rage feeds complaining about this.
EDIT: Looks like I wasn't thinking clearly. *facepalm* Anyway, I give it a support although the post is rather short.

How could they take advantage of it if it's basically only 1 level? .-.
