I don't support this suggestion the slightest bit.

The purpose of a Wondertrade is to randomly trade with another player.
Tiered Wondertrades would take out the purpose of getting a random Pokémon.

It would also be unfair to users who don't have anything. They set up a Butterfree because it's the only spare Pokémon they have and they get back a Caterpie?

Not a lot of people are going to set up Shinies & Legends in Wondertrade. The reason a lot of users do is merely just for that very very slim chance of receiving the Ho-Oh code.

I'd also like to point out that it is your decision alone to set up a rare Pokémon.
If you wanted a rare Pokémon back, why don't you just make a thread in the GTS?

No support. If this was true, everyone would waste their good Pokemon to try and get better ones. And, as been said before, the wonder trade is supposed to be random. That way, it ensures that no user is cheating! And I'm pretty sure that people that try to test their luck and do Wonder Trade for humor wouldn't like this! People like me always put a bad pokemon in wonder trade to laugh at how unalike the Pokemon I get for it is. This suggestion would ruin that for every user who enjoys doing that!

No support from me either - Everything was pretty much stated already..

it would defeat the purpose of wondertrade and getting something random in return because you will kinda be able to predict what you will get in return. i think that wondertrade is fine the way it is- sometimes you get something good, and at the other times you get something bad- you cannot always get good stuff.
