Ryoko looked at the Ampharos, asleep with the egg. Her face was still derped out.
Is he crazy?! Ugh...
She put her head back onto her paws, and started to think.

"If I get interrupted one more time..... I swear...... Look, Amph. If you really want to be a decent father, you can't just run out into the storm with Lux. Besides, have you even raised a child? It isn't as easy as it looks. Mothers don't get enough credit....." I muttered, my eyes still closed. I know what is going on without opening them. When I was little, my parents took me on a cruise but the boat was attacked by sharpedo and sank. We were lucky enough to have an emergency raft. I stared at the water too long. I didn't know that I wasn't supposed to. One morning, I woke up without my eyesight. It lasted for four days. Luckily, we weren't far from land. I shook the memories out of my head.

I scoffed as the Flaffy talked in her sleep, "It's Shinji...not Lux, don't get too frank or else I'll have to bite you" then looked somewhere else. Why do I have to waste my time over here? I looked at the salamance and gave her a short nod before walking over to a rock, "I won't save your sorry butts next time so here's a tip, these parts are having the most rainfall and thunderstorms for the past five years, pokemon can tell when such an event is about to happen when the air is thin and the atmosphere smells like rotten berries..." then laid down once I reached the cozy looking corner. "Good-night and don't bother waking me up, I'll probably sense any pokemon who comes eight feet infront of me" sleeping was a pain, the younger pokemon were all snuggling besides me, making me look like their mama. One larvitar had slept in between my front paws and put his head on my arm, yawning after wards, "You can sleep here but don't expect a next time..." the younger pokemon grinned and slept. There goes my rash image... I remembered the days when I had to fend off for myself in the wild...with no one to lean next to except the cold rocks and walls, memory had made me drift off to all the places that I had survived through.

Ryoko watched the Luxray and the Larvitar, and sniggered quietly. She wondered if he was talking about her, when he said, "I won't save your sorry butts next time". If he did, it would of offended her. She had survived this kind of storm before. Back in the forest she grew up in, this storm was spread around in rumour alone, and no one believed that it would even go near the forest. But, guess what? It did, and killed everyone. Everyone, except Ryoko. She was only a Shelgon then. After the storm, she had to survive alone. She was all alone, until she found the village.
Ryoko couldn't get to sleep. She watched the others, especially the babies. They were fidgeting around and mumbling in their sleep. She couldn't help but laugh. She listened to the pouring rain, and the thunder, outside. It made her feel somehow... relaxed. Ryoko curled up, closed her eyes, and started to think. Think about her family, her friends, her home. She saw it. The destroyed forests, the corpses on the ground, blood. It made her shiver.
Ugh... At this rate, I'll never get some sleep...

Stop acting so tough. All of us could bite each other if we wanted to. Have a nice dream, Shinji. Oh wait, is that even your name? Ugh ,why am I wasting my time... I wasn't even talking to that stupid cat in the first place. I just wanted to scream. Why didn't I? I threatened everybody I would hurt them if they interrupted. As much as I wanted to yell at Shinji, it might be best to not get into a major fight in this condition. Amph was going crazy, Ryoko was starting to get a little bit too confused, and I was stuck with a bad-tempered lion. I flicked my tail and attempted to go asleep again. Hopefully this is the last time I have to try.

I scoffed as the larvitar kept on kicking me on the chin, "Would you just sleep properly? and STOP THAT!" the 'stop that' was actually meant for a chimchar that continuously grabbed and bit the star on my tail. What did I do to deserve this? This was degrading and humiliating for me, "Would somebody tell these kiddies to sleep?!" than just gave up fighting with them, I felt as if I was better off like this, like a big cat with extra soft fur :3 No wonder the little ones were cuddling with me like a huge stuffed feathered pillow... The teasing and the snoring were constant, but what was unexpected was that I felt as if somebody was glaring at me in an evil way.

He stood before me. The same Pokemon who hurt me. The same Pokemon that killed them. Them..... My parent's bodies lied there next to him, lifeless. I sobbed. Staring at me, he fired. It was too fast to see but the pain was clear. His Hyper Beam hit my shoulder and it bled very badly. I crippled to the ground. He roared. Through the darkness of my eyes, I saw a faint figure. Slowly the light faded away...... slowly.....

I slowly opened my eyes. It was too dark to see anything but I could feel the egg beside me. I gently slid my paw across it. The cracks worried me. I nervously lied down again, but this time I didn't even bother to close my eyes.

Ryoko still couldn't get to sleep. She lay there, looking at the cracked egg.
What's preventing me from getting to sleep? Is it the fact that the egg worries me? Is it the youngsters? Maybe, it's Ampharos' decision to become a father... Ugh!
Her head couldn't get around what happened to her that day. She met the village Pokemon, saved a bunch of them, and met a Luxray, who seemed a little... different. It was almost as if he was trying to seem tough. But, she knew it was probably no act. Then, the Ampharos declared himself a father, and the cracked egg. Somehow, she couldn't stop thinking about her childhood, as a Bagon. She closed her eyes, in hopes of being able to get some sleep.

I slowly perked my head up to see what the little pokemon were doing. It was uncannily quiet for a room filled with hyper-active toddlers and hatch-lings. I guess luck was on my side when I saw little curled up baby pokemon snuggling against my fur, with their little eyes closed. Some of them were even snoring louder than a snorlax, I grinned and put my head down on my paw, with my gaze fixed on the pokemon around me.

Somethings change very fast, one day I was alone in the forest, feared by all and sometimes even worshiped by some younger pokemon and if you look at me now, you would find nothing but a Luxray cuddled around by pokemon. The different thoughts were clouding my judgement, was I really worthy to have them around me? Was this all a dream, or maybe even a nightmare? I frowned and shifted my weight upside down, waking some of the little ones around me. They yawned and stared at me with drowsy eyes, I smiled and whispered, "You can sleep on my belly..." and lay more comfortably on the stone hard cold floor. The pokemon lingered on my belly and formed a sort of blanket of warmth for me. I huffed and sighed before smiling, "This is the life..." and closed my eyes to sleep.

Ryoko watched the Luxray. He had let some of the babies sleep on his belly. He looked... comfortable with it. The Bagon nudged her wing. She lifted her head, and he looked at her with a worried face. He seemed... scared of something.
"What's wrong?" she whispered.
He pointed to the storm outside. He was afraid of the storm, it seemed. Maybe even the dark. He nudged her wing once more, and put his hands on her back.
"...Alright, you can sleep on my back..."
He smiled, and climbed onto her back. She sighed, and lay her head back down. The Bagon was surprisingly warm on her back, and she smiled. The Bagon wriggled around, and got comfortable. He used her wing as a blanket, and fell asleep.

I don't think any of us were really sleeping. I stared at the roof of the damp cave. Water trickled and dripped every now and then. It was a beautiful night, despite the storm. It was like the night when I was little. When everything seems to go wrong, maybe something amazing will appear. Just maybe....

I chuckled a little as chimchar just stared at the star on my tail and positioned himself to pounce on it, "Get some sleep...We are going to leave soon enough and I plan on taking you younglings with me..." He smiled a little then ran over to salamance then jumped on her head. It looked funny in a weird sort of way and I really liked that little fella. Maybe, just maybe, I can start a new life with them...

Ryoko sighed, and looked up. She saw the Chimchar's foot dangling down, as he tried to lie down on her head. She sniggered a little, though. The Bagon looked up to the Chimchar, and rolled his eyes. The Chimchar stuck his tongue out at the Bagon, and turned to face the other way. Ryoko didn't really want to interfere, and continued to listen to the two babies. The Chimchar sighed, and the Bagon quietly growled.

Ampharos laughing in sleep, felt something tickles.
Ampharos woke up and look a small wet Mareep could not even open her eyes surrounded by his own slobber.

acia looked around and there was nobody havia, the sun could enter the cave. tormanta havia the finish. Mareep took the arms and in the village was there, look the others reconstructing the small town

My instincts told me that something or in my case my prey was escaping, I opened my eyes and sighed as I saw the Ampharos leaving the cave with the mareep, "Well let him go...I'm just going to...sleep" With that I shifted and closed my eyes, trying to go back to sleep.
