Appearance: A man in a dark suit, his hood covering his face
Human or Pokemon?: Human
Good or Evil?: Evil
Other: There is no where in history where he showed up befor the war, and has a lvl 88 Shadow arcanine, lvl 90 Hypno, lvl 87 Charizard, lvl 80 Blastoise, lvl 86 mega-able Venasaur, and a lvl 92 Greninja.
Edit: I can not find a pic that looks like him, that's why only description is available in the Appearance section
Note: I might be moving after awhile...

Red vanished, leaving a paper print on the floor.

Red was infront of the mt. silver entrance, he was exiting it, with a smirk on his face, and then mt. silver's 'mountain part' became a hole.
Red thought in his mind.
"Nobody can be a pokemon master, except me. They will soon learn it."
Red stood infront of pallet town.

A dialogue box appeared:

A dark aura was scattered infront of the new bark town.
Then, the place flashed red and black, and Dark and Tim were returned to the place they were.
