He was looking for prey, he slided into the mountain where Moon was sleeping.
He saw Moon, the cute little Umbreon.
Ras left her alone and exited the cave before she woke up.

He would come to the Pichu.
The Pichu would yell in frighten.
Ras said:
"What are you doing here..."
Ras had a rough voice.
Every non-evolved weak pokemon would frighten if they heard his voice.
