You can. That cost: 1k PD (for two easy), 7k PD (for seven medium), 6k PD (for three hard) and 15k PD (for three rare/starter), complete: 29k PD. When I count right.
I put them in GTS.

How about one lapras female and one carvanha for a dragon gem? that might be 7k right? and the rest you can send in pd cause you are buying dragon gems for 20k each!
