I received the message in my notifications page, I clicked from the Town bar to go there, but it said
Searching for: Resolute Pokémon.
Come back in 59 minutes and 43 seconds.
I didnt even click it ._.

And your problem is exactly what now? If you don't want to search for Keldeo in the Tall Grass, just cancell the search. You'll get back your Resolute Stone.

I'm searching it. But I received the notification. And when in went there to click any spot it didn't work

Maybe it worked but your browser lagged out and didn't show it to you? Did it work when you tried it for a second time?

Did that message appear after you activated the Resolute Stone? Because that’s how it’s supposed to be. Once you’ve selected the Pokémon you’d like to search in the Tall Grass (or activated a special item), you have to wait - in this case an hour because it's a legendary Pokémon - until you may search for the chose Pokémon.

I think what he ment is that he didn't even get to choose a field and it just started to recount from 1h.
Sometimes I also have the problem in the Game Center. I click the 500 GC botton and don't even get to choose a Treasure Box, but it starts to count down the 10 minutes....

//Moved to Solved, as part of the big Bug/Complaint clean-up.

While certainly an inconvenience, if you need to wait, without picking something, the site picked for you. If nothing changes, the site picked wrong.
As this hasn't happened anymore, I'm pretty sure this was either a one-off or has been fixed.
