It should not be part of GTS only part of wonder trade when you click wonder trade it should say shiny to keep number of links under control

Personally I wouldn't use this, even when setting up shinies in the wondertrade.

Wondertrade is all about sending off pokemon, good or bad, and getting something unexpected in return. If someone wants a shiny for their own, they can set it up in the gts.

This takes all the fun out of wonder trades...
The reason most people wonder trade is to see if they can get anything good, like shinies, for junk Pokemon. In your posts, you say "People only put easy rarity shinies" and "They would try to get a better one" and "only spare shinies." The first two completely contradict each other, because you cannot get a better than easy shiny if that is all that is available. Also, as has been said before, this would make shinies virtually unobtainable from Auction and the GTS, ultimately affecting a large portion of the site in a negative way. The Wonder Trade is called the Wonder Trade because you wonder if you will get a good Pokemon. If this is implemented, then the regular Wonder Trade would be completely filled with common Pokemon and nothing good, which would disappoint a lot of users. The only good thing would be a Ho-oh code, and even then, that's still extremely rare; it is only distributed if there is an odd number of Pokemon in the Wonder Trade.
