The pokemon of Midleaf Canyon have been living peacefully until a Gallade appears, trying to take their home. Every pokemon begs for help but when a pokemon touches the Dusk Stone, the stone that without fail will turn pokemon evil. everyone goes without him and are trying to build a army to stop Gallade. Will you help? Or will you seek their distruction?

Grovyle turned, and sped off towards the forest he lived in. He stopped at a particular cave, and called out "Hello? You guys there?"

The ground rumbled, and a group of five Pokémon came out to meet Grovyle. In turn, Grovyle introduced Shadow to his friends "Shadow, I'd like you to meet Draco, the Shelgon. He's a bit shy, but won't let anything bad happen to his friends. Next, there is Rose, the Gardevoir. She prefers to talk using telepathy, though occasionally talks with her voice. Then there's River, the Wartortle. He's a bit unpredictable, but a good friend nonetheless. And Dawn, who mostly keeps to himself unless a friend is in danger. Finally, we have Emerald, the Scyther. He is a bit annoying, but means well. I'd suggest not getting on any of their bad sides, or you might regret it"

Each one greeted Shadow in their own way as they were introduced. Dawn stepped forward, and sighed "Grovyle. Are you ready to scout the northern border for any potential threats?". Grovyle nodded "It would be an honor, Dawn. I shall depart at once.".

Grovyle turned around, and headed for the northern edge of the forest. The rest turned their gaze to Shadow, and growled. Emerald raised an arm "I believe that I speak for all of us when I say that we don't really trust you yet. Grovyle can be a bit optimistic at times." The others nodded, and headed back inside the cave, Emerald included
