"Char char!" Charmander said to him.
"Hey charmander we're going to be best friends, alright?" Nick replied.
"Charmander char." Charmander said.
"Yeah I think I'll name you Blaze!" Nick said while petting his pokemon.

Brooke looked at her Pokemon, then held her up higher. "I shall name you Bree, and for no better reason!" She said to the Squirtle.

Nice! Bree seemed to say.

Also, Blaze is the name of my female Blaziken in Emerald. I plan to move her to Y.))

(Blaze seems more like a male name to me. I would name a female ember.)
"Yeah! So when do we leave?" Nick asked.
Suddenly Nicks mom burst through the lab doors,"Wait Nick! Here have these running shoes and your fold-up bike, your clothes, your snacks, your coin case, your pokeblock case, your water bottle, your X-transiever, your etc..." His mom rambled.
"Yeah ok mom thanks." Nick said in an irratated tone.

toms mother also ran in after nick's and said the same stuff but in different order to tom "Ugh... yea yea..." Tom said

Brooke barely suppressed a laugh as Nick's and Tom's moms gave them their stuff. "At least I carry all my stuff with me," She giggled.

Tom stared at bree and how it talked they barely could understand it but he thought he heard it said nice

(MANAPHY IS A BOY XD it is the prince of the sea...ocean.. not a princess :O if you watch the movie with manaphy in hoenn then yes manaphy can talk)

MANAPHY IS A GIRL AND ALWAYS WILL BE IN MY EYES!!! Calling her a girl is like calling Mesprit, Shaymin, Meloetta, and Celebi guys. >3< ))

(actually it depends on attack and defense for a pokemons gender if attack is higher then defense its a boy if defense is higher then attack its a girl but i imagine shaymin can by a boy or a girl manaphy is a boy while phione is the girl XD at least to me manaphy is a boy in the movie with manaphy they call him the prince of the sea... while i think ash is called the king of the sea XD)

"So are you?" He called again. (Shaymin sky form is a boy. Manaphy actually sorta acts like a little boy in the movie so I guess it could be a he or she. phione is just sorta weird...)

Lol. And technically, Cresselia is always a girl. Just like Latias. Heatran though, I have a legit female and male so it differs.))

Brooke strapped on her roller blades and followed after Tom. Squirtle hung onto the top of her head as she skated by.

Brooke laughed as she passed by Tom, but fell face-first into the ground. A Pidgey somehow fell on her head, or Bree's shell rather. "Good thing I have my lucky helmet," she joked. The Pidgey seemed out of it, so she just tapped it with a Pokeball.
