As Fox leapt onto the massive animal's back, Xue was thrown off, and they nearly crashed into a pine tree. Suddenly, time seemed to stop, but then Xue and Fox were pulled into some sort of transport, throwing them into a clearing. "Where are we? This is a different forest from before... Hey, is that... A campsite?" Fox crept next to Xue, closer to the campsite, completely silent, her long green hair getting caught in branches, leaves becoming a new addition to her many braids.
Triss's sharp eyes spotted the outsider, because of her astonishing green hair. Obviously a nature, Triss thought as she trudged over to the girl. "Carter, we got a newcomer!" She called, her shrill voice a bit cold and icy. Her long, sharp fingernails brushed the light-brown strands of hair out of her face. "Ah, you managed to come here alive. Welcome to the camp, the only place on Earth thats safe for Fantasies like us. Well, practically, we're not really on Earth anymore but... Welcome anyway, whatever. I'm Triss." She said calmly to the newcomer.

Triss looked down at the snow leopard and gave a sigh. "All right. Let me move a little bit slower. That pine tree you just ran through transported you to a different dimension, namely, here. I suppose you already have access to your abilities, so here is the only place where they won't eat your face off. Got it?" She said, slowly as if speaking to a young child.
"Holy dandelions! That that come from the newcomer?!" He asked, his sad brown eyes staring wide at the tree. "Yep." Carter nodded, looking down at the boy. "Jerry, I think you'd better go off to training." He nodded, as the boy scurried off.
"Well, Fox. I'll show you to your household." Carter said. "Unless you want to start training first?"
