there should be a selection to make the storage boxes or just a selected one(or as many selected as you want)to be sorted alphabetically

when you go to the storage boxes, click 'bill's house', and you'll see the place where you can rearrange the boxes however you like by pressing the up and down arrows in the order box

Pokemon are arranged by pokedex number in boxes.

The code for the pokemon sprites are by dex number not by names,

Therefore to make this change the coding for every pokemon needs to be rearranged, to include both dex and pokemon name that could also screw a few things around.

Its just too much effort in my opinion with little gain.

example this is the source code for a charizard (the 06 at the end is the dex number)

No support, sorry.

They're already placed in dex-order. I don't see the point of having them sorted alphabetically.

No support for reasons stated, mainly the coding.

I understand frustration in trying to find a Pokemon you know the name of but not the dex number, however if you know the name it could be an easy search for the dex number in google to find it or just scroll through the box for the select Pokemon you need.

I find it more organized in general to be by dex number, I wouldn't want different gen Pokemon being all mixed up in my Pokedex box just because of the name.
