Sophie walked to the rock hard bed, and she laid down trying to sleep and rolled off the bed onto the hard floor. "Oww!" she cried as she slammed onto cement floor.

"Right now, we are testing to see how Human and Pokemon DNA is compatible. My goal is to make Humans and Pokemon truly equal, but we're going to need a few small tests to make it happen," Selene replied gently.

Brooke looked at Sophie lying on the ground. "Ya know, the door is open, you can come outside." She said, trying not to laugh at the sight of her on the ground.

Selene sighed, irritated. "Kidnapping isn't exactly the correct term, given we had parental consent, if you can believe that. Only certain people were compatible with the Pokemon resources we had. So we had to do extensive research to find those few people; you happened to be one of them." Selene explained, leaning against the wall. "And because we have parental consent, it is totally legal."

"So you're saying the parents of those kids actually agreed to all of this!? What kind of parent does this to their kids, just how much money did you bribe them with!?" Jared yelled feeling the anger boiling up again while he stood up from the bed.

"First off, calm down. You're getting too excited," Selene said, running her hand through her hair. "Most of these children are around the age of 15. Their parents trusted them to be with Pokemon, and apparently their parents also trusted them to be a Pokemon, I don't know. And I don't bribe people. I'm an honest worker, whether you think so or not."

"Well, none of us think it's a dream," Brooke said, shrugging. "It seems pretty real to me."

"Don't tell me to calm down!" Jared yelled seething with rage and taking a step closer to Selene. "So absolutely no one thought you should ask your little test subjects wheter they want this themselves or not!? And as far as I'm concerned you're as far from an honest worker as it gets!"

"Listen, some things happen. If you need to know, I'm not even the true head of this company, I'm just the head researcher. I suggested asking for volunteers instead, but we weren't able to do that. Don't blame me!" Selene yelled, her temper rising. Her eyes were beginning to brim with tears, and burned with a harsh light. She stared back at Jared, almost daring him to respond.

"Well there doesn't seem to be anyone else to blame here, is there!?" Jared yelled back at Selene. After a while of just glaring at her he started walking towards the open door and practically growled at her. "I'm getting outta here one way or another, don't you dare try stopping me or I'll squash you like a bug."

"Just try it, there's nowhere you can go and not get caught. You're part Pokemon now, much easier to catch." Selene replied, poison in her voice. She stomped back to her office and changed some of the security setting ing in the building. Lucky for her, she had plenty of Pokemon around the building that could inflict status conditions.

"Stupid woman, trying to threaten me of all things..." Jared mumbled while he wandered around the building looking for a way out. He walked across some rooms that looked like they had been made to test them and their new freaky abilities. But they didn't look like they'd provide any means for him to escape this place so he kept going not paying much thought to them.

In the hallway, a Magnemite and Bronzor surrounded Jared from both sides.

Selene grinned as she watched the Pokemon surround Jared. The only moves of those Pokemon were meant to capture anyone to attempted to break in and out. "I'm sorry, but I can't allow you to escape." Selene said in her office, although no one but her could hear.

Jared halted when a magnemite and a bronzor suddenly appeared seemingly out of nowhere. "Oh, come on! So this is her friggin' masterplan!?" Jared let out a frustrated huff while eyeing the pokemons. Should he run or try to beat them?

Note: I chose Pokemon with bad match-ups against Scrafty for some reason. No idea why. @.@))

The Magnemite struck first, firing a Thunder Wave at Jared.

Jared saw the magnemite fire a thunder wave at him so naturally he went to dodge it. Unfortunately he was kinda new to being a gijinka and all so he didn't get out of the way in time. Flinching, he glared at the magnemite, "I'm gonna beat you up first, mate." He leapt up from the ground and aimed a kick at the magnemite.
