Ilex forest. A large area located within the lovely region of Johto that is bordered by two towns: Azalea and Goldenrod. Team Rocket has taken over Goldenrod once again, and uses Azalea as a resource for Kurt and his Pokeball making. Ilex forest is used as a main source for Pokemon transport. A large building has been created on top of the old guardian shrine that serves as a testing spot for the many wild Pokemon available in the forest, which serves as the spot for “transport”. After testing, they are released back into the wild to be monitored for how the procedures effected them. Most coming out of these tests become much more violent and relentless. Others come out as weak and frightened, only able to hide as a form of defense; the signs of a failed experiment.

Due to the interaction, many Pokemon have formed individual groups as an attempt to avoid these violent Pokemon that now roam the forest and the Team Rocket building as a whole. It's up to these Pokemon to bring down the organization, but how? With Team Rocket constantly growing and shipping more exotic Pokemon in for testing, it seems near impossible.

Appearance: (here comes the largest part of the application) about 3 foot 5 inches, his right eye has black whites, a red iris, and a white pupil, his left eye is normal with a blue iris, wears a camo sweater, has lightning bolt-like runes all over his body that flash blue every now and then (can also signify how much of an electrical charge he has).

Attacks: leaf blade, leach seed, hidden power (electric), and synthesis.

History: used to be a happy go lucky servine before he was taken from his trainer which caused him to spiral into a depression which has led to his current personality (this is a version of link's history that will remain unique to this RP)

Personality: near emotionless, logical, sociopathic

Altered?: no, but used as a power source

Other: is able to harness electricity thanks to his former trainer. has a tenancy to meditate a lot.
