It uses the same img-code as normal images.

Is their a way to make a progress bar move automatically, where you don't have to constantly change it? Also, how do you get DW plushies to show. I copied their image, but I can't get Riolu, Vulpix, or any other plushie to show up. :(

There isn't; you need to change the numbers manually.
You need to copy their image-url (ending in .jpg). If you use the img-code, it should show up :)

This
[img]//staticpokeheroes.com/img/dw_plushies/0636.png[/img]

Shows up as this

You can either "copy address of image" for the plushies you want, or change the "636" in the Larvesta-url to the Dex number of the pokémon plushie you want ^^

I'm assuming you want it to happen with the Umbreon-plushie in your Signature, so I used it as the example:P

Just change the 636 to the dex number of the plushie you want (0 for normal and 1 for shiny at the start)

if you want a custom widget you have to make it yourself, as it's just an image. but to get it outside the actual 'about' widget you have to use this code:
inside about
[center][spoiler]outside 'abt'[/center][/spoiler]

whenever I add the code to my bio.. it doesn't show up and shows up like: [Hex Color]Testing
and it just stays like that.. so confused :((

"Darkgold" doesn't exist for what I know, instead use "DarkGoldenrod":
