Jenny runs as fast as she can, tries to run next to the others, with her short legs. Leaf ( the Treeko ) jumps from tree to tree.

After a while talking to Leaf, Jenny returns to the Pokecenter. "Let's see if the Fletchling is okay now." She says to her partner. She goes in the Pokecenter, and Fletchling flies to her, looking at Leaf. "Fletch-Fletch!"

Jenny looks at Fletchling. "Let's call you... Flame. No - Fly?" "Fletch!" the Pokémon shouts angrily. "Okay, you're no insect. What about... Fire... Wing? Firewing! This sound cool, doesn't it?" It seems like Firewing likes this name.
