I recently got a map to fight palkia, however, i camt seem to beat it, can anyone give me any recommendations for pokemon and their levels to counter palkia

I have done the task but i still cant open it, im scared to use more pd because i already used over twice of what was required. Do i need to wait after using my gp?. It also says (GTS), does anyone know what that means? Please send help🙏

Im trainer lvl 18 now, i managed to get an uxie egg, a shiny retro and a rumble map, nowhere close to clearing it tho, if anyone read this, any suggestions for a palkia counter? I lost the firsf time.
