The OCDex is a place where you can log down your fanmade Pokemon designs and create a Pokedex out of them!
The rules are the same here as they are anywhere else on the forum.

When you treat Witheran nicely, it'll be your pal. But if you cross his limits of patience or pain tolerance, which are very high, you will not want to cross its path as it tries to slice and dice everything with its already poisonous horns which supercharge depending on its mood.
