Granted, there might've been other times in previous games that I have encountered a shiny, I just didn't think much of it since I wasn't all that online to know what was shiny- although I do remember getting various shinies from the event distrubutions on Pokemon X & Y. Ig you can really say that is where I got into shiny hunting, but I don't really remember my first shiny from those games. If anything, the ones that I had that weren't Event Distrubutions- I guess the Shiny Huntail I got from trade was the first...but honestly, due to the conditions of that, Shiny Trapinch was the first. - As for other shinies from other games here are the others for funzies: Sword: I haven't personally achieved one yet; Planning to get one with my OT attached to the pkm. Although Shiny Vaporeon from trade can take the honorable mention slot Legends Arceus: Other than the guaranteed Shiny Ponyta, mine was Shiny Staravia (unevolved, caught it as is). funnily enough I caught Shiny Luxio and Shiny Bidoof in that order, I thought it was funny because it was the first 3 pokemon you catch in game. (Obviously at first stage). Pokemon Violet: Shiny Weavile. I was just out expolring. I had a similar take with him like I did with Trapinch. Me: *just moseying along* Weavile: *exists* Me: *Not knowing but only seeing the pink + yellow* oh what new pokemon is this? Weavile: Me: OH ITS A SHINY WEAVILE so that was...an encounter lmaooo. He was a bit hard to catch since he was like...50+ i think and I didn't have the proper gym badges so on top of being hard to catch and him not listening to me- he has earned the name Brat. Hehe. I love him though. I think he's the first shiny I have actually used to beath the game/champions. (I boxed Trapinch as soon as (s)he evolved into a Flygon). Or I think I did use her...I'll have to look back lol. [Read more] |

The Umbreon pressed her paw on the TM and then it vanished. Snowdra smiled a little and then looked at Carter. "I'll be right back." she said with a slight bob of her head before she disappeared and then reappeared where her nest was. Why did she pick this location in the first place. Sure it was near a riverbank, but it wasn't an ironic (it is) place for both Tim and her to live at. Snowdra nodded and then ate one of the Passho berries. She stopped in midbite when she heard Carter offered her a place to stay. "I'd be honored as well. You can really do that?" she asked with a small smile. But then she remember, she couldn't leave Tim behind.
