I really agree to this because many people rule break and it has become more and more in users these days.
Anyway, I have maybe a little idea (you don't have to use it, but this is what I thought would be good in my opinion.) how about when someone gets a warning they have to take a little test to go over their mistakes to know that what they did wasn't right.
That's just a little suggestion but I love your idea, giving full support and it will stop so many people from getting banned.

This shows no examples. We need a visual idea of this.

Anyway, pokeheroes is based off of an adoptable site. Your just lucky Riako put a small battling here. The adopting/breeding for shinies is what this place is about. Many people don't battle anyways. This would not help because it could become forgotten and unused by many users that do not like to battle.
Therefore, this is voted for no support.

This isn't explained throughly, like how this would work, and what exactly would count. You seem to say everything else just fine. Nice idea, but like others said, a lot of people don't battle, this is mostly an adoptable/breeding site. We only have a little battling section to please people to help their Pokemon get stronger.

Anyway, good idea but yet again, it is not based off of battling and Riako had once said that he will not add anymore battle techniques, or make anything further to it. Nice thinking though (Y) maybe you should think of something else great for the site but this is not supported from me ^_^
