Wow, I'm surprised this resurfaced after 8 years... or, rephrase, I'm surprised it was ignored for 8 years. I highly support it; I did manage to eventually finish all of the rowan quests, but it was a huge pain, took several tries, and I had to resort to purchasing rare candies in the end, which was my last resort but I felt like I had no choice...

now that I've got all of them finished, I wouldn't mind helping other people manage it at all, and it would be a LOT easier if there was a clicklist for it.

A lot of those suggestions would be tricky, for all the reasons Finhawk pointed out, but one thing I do agree with would be Leah being able to trade for some. I think that in particular would be a great idea. If we incorporate her into events that are like this (Halloween sweets and Valentines Sweet Hearts both come to mind) then it would also potentially be a way to use some of those fish that never come up in Leah's trades, as well...

Having a few be able to be in the bar so that no click goes to waste is a good idea. I would still put a limit on it, to make sure it encourages people to claim them when they see them (and/or as soon as they can, if their party is already full), but being able to have a few would let people keep clicking and not be wasting their time or missing a chance if they don't know they've got it yet, or if they need to hatch some eggs or whatever to empty their party first.

Took some searching to find a thread that had something like this suggested...

But I think that something needs to be done for the fish exchange at the beach. I don't fish nearly as much as I used to, but I still have a bunch of fish in my apparently bottomless fishbox that just sit there. Now, whether it's selling them to Leah, or if some new items for exchange are added that use them up, or even if existing items just get their requirements rotated so that one day, the item needs this and the next time the item comes up, it needs another Pokemon, if we could just implement something that would allow people to use the fish in their fishbox instead of having to just throw them out if they want to empty it, I think that would be better.

a couple suggestions might be:
tasty and delicious bait currently only take Magikarp and Gyarados... maybe they could rotate and the next day you use Tentacool and tentacruel.
For the shiny bait, which takes Squirtle, totodile, and mudkip, perhaps the starters could be rotated? but one day it could be squirtle, totodile, mudkip, then the next day you need Piplup, Oshawott, Froakie. it would use them up, and I'm sure other combinations to swap in for other items would work better.

that's for switching around combinations, that is. if new items are added, they could use Pokemon in the box that don't get used for anything else, and if the feature comes to just selling them to Leah, that's fine too. I just really don't like throwing them away just to get rid of them. seems wasteful.

Just to add my 2 cents to this old suggestion that looks like it was forgotten about.

I have the berries and soda needed for a hoenn tonic, and I go into the drinks category and I see it at the bottom of the list listed as "may's secret recipe", but when I click the "cook" button next to it it doesn't do anything. doesn't even bring up the usual window. I'm not sure if I just got to that point before I was supposed to? or if it's a bug that it's not letting me cook one.
