	Normally the only people allowed to use color and cold and such are; mods and host of chat quizes. I feel like people who are hosting chatquizes should have to maybe contact a mod first, the mod granting them the privilege to do so? 'Cus it ticks me off when Rini and I are hosting something, and someone comes in a breaks the chat rules and our own set rules. [Read more]
