•Name• Cass Vale
Gender: Questioning, she/her pronouns out of convenience.
Age: 16
Relationship Status: Single
Sexuality: Attracted to men
Appearance: [x]
Other Info: While her brother is rather lax about her behavior and presentation, she loves to push the boundaries in any way she can. For example, she once got a nose piercing (or rather she pierced her own nose and ended up with an infected wound on her face that made her look like Rudolf.)

•Name• Jeremiah Vale
Gender: Transgender male, he/him pronouns
Age: 28
Relationship Status: Single
Sexuality: Pansexual
Appearance: [x]
Other Info: Jerry dropped out of high-school at 16, took his GED, and immediately enrolled at North Eastern and graduated with bachelors in computer programming and computer information systems at 20. He's also been Cass's legal guardian for the past eight years, due to their parents being unfit (as in the case of their mother having developed Alzheimer's) or simply not in the picture.

Here is a hint, to help future roleplays: give us rules to abide by, genre synopsis, a plot that introduces a conflict or mystery to resolve and a direction for the roleplay to progress. All you did was tell us that two people showed up to our doorstep. What purpose do they have to be here? Why shouldn't we just call the police (which would end the RP rather quickly.) You told us literally nothing of consequence to pique our interests. Present a problem to be solved.

Also, work on your grammar, and "forgetting" the name makes you seem amateurish and that turns off a lot of prospective RPers. It actually looks like you didn't put much effort or thought into the roleplay. I'm not saying that you didn't -- but that's what it seems like when you don't bother proofreading.

In short, perhaps entertain the theory that it wasn't that we were rude, but that your post seemed incomplete or simply didn't interest anyone. Again, you gave little by means of plot. If I say "The cat", I have no right to call you rude when you don't bite at the bit to join a roleplay with me. No one on this forum owes you a roleplay. Keep that in mind.

Blitz nodded. It made sense that they would have to scavenge, or outright steal, from nearby human towns, though he admittedly hadn't put two and two together until Yosei pointed it out to him. "Nice to meet you, Yosei." He limped after Yosei, keeping up with a little effort.

"That works," Blitz said, a smile crossing his snout as he approached Yosei. "So long as it's not another unconscious eevee, I think I can manage to carry it. Lead the way, Sylveon." He was not of the sort of constitution that attributed nicknames arbitrarily and so he figured this way he would subtly prompt the other eeveelution to give his name.
However, despite the fact that the mention of an ursaring's grave did pique his curiosity, he simply filed that information away for later.

"Thanks," Blitzkrieg said. "I don't know what I would've done without your help." A more militant affect seeped into his posture as he shifted his weight. "And I'll repay this debt anyway I can. Do you have any immediate, pressing concerns?"

Chasing the comforting touch, Infini whimpered again. "'M tired," she complained around a tongue thick with exhaustion. "I wanna sleep."

"I'll help best I can," Blitzkrieg said, referring to Infini. "But I don't know how many more miles I can take her." He gave a short, self-depreciating laugh. "Not selling myself too well, huh? Let's just get going."

"Feh," he scoffed, making it clear just what he thought about the few "good" trainers she'd met. "Your trainer sounds par for the course. What, was it too difficult for him to find a leaf stone? And to turn his back on you like that... But, you're obviously better off without that bipedal meat sack." Edging back to give her room to work, he mused aloud, "Much better off. Say, what's an Eevee-- er, eeveelution, sorry, still not quite used to that -- gotta do to earn a spot here? Fight off an Ursaring or herd some buffalant or something equally crazy?"

Finally, it seemed the constant voices penetrated the fog of unconsciousness wrapped around the Eevee. Her ears twitched back and forth between Vidette and Blitzkrieg before she finally woke, albeit briefly, with a pitiful whimper.

"To the north," he answered. "Up by those iced rocks. You know? Don't ask why I was out there-- it seemed like a good idea at the time." Freed of the eevee's weight, Blitzkrieg let out another, louder sigh of relief and immediately dropped his rump to the ground. His leg was killing him. What he wouldn't give for a dunk in the hot springs right about now.

"As for what happened... I don't know for sure, but I can make a pretty good guess." His expression turned grim. "I found her nearby a human, a trainer.. The human had already gone cold and stiff, and she was in much the same condition you see her now, only she had a few icicles hanging off her fur. Could have been a little comical, if it weren't so deadly. But my best guess? Her trainer under estimated the other pokémon in the area and she paid the price for it." Blitz spoke bitterly, his disgust showing in his every word. "Humans are bad enough. Trainers are the worst of them."

With help now in sight, Blitzkrieg let out a relieved sigh. "Thanks," he said. "I don't know much of anything about healing wounds, but I tried to keep her awake. You're supposed to do that for exposure victims, aren't you?" He tried to extract himself from underneath the body atop him as gently as he could manage. Still, Infini softly whimpered, pained by the slight movement, but didn't wake. "But you-- you guys, this is your whole shtick right? Healing up eevees and all that? I'm Blitzkrieg, and I don't know her name. You can help her right? Be a crying shame to have carried her all this way for nothing."

Inwardly, he sincerely hoped that they could help, and not because of wasted energy. Perhaps he was too soft-hearted for his own good, but he'd rather that than to be callous.

Blitzkrieg barely had enough time to process the arrival of help (or the herald of help, at least) before the unknown Eevee raced off. While he'd been told not to move, he honestly didn't think he'd be able to disobey, even if he wanted to. To reiterate, it had been a very very long journey. Exhausted and assured that help was on its way, Blitzkrieg rested his head on his paws while he waited.

On his own, the battle-scarred Jolteon who limped his way to the clearing was a sight in and of itself. However, to see this Jolteon half-dragging, half-carrying a terribly wounded Eevee on his back was a whole other level of surprising.

The curses falling from his scarred snout were also noteworthy for their, shall we say, creativity. "By Arceus's girdle," he growled. "How can a little thing like you be so Mew-forsaken heavy?" When she, and the unconscious Eevee was in fact a she, didn't respond, he set her down and tugged on her ears with the exasperated ease of one who's done this numerous times within the past half hour. "By Mew's fluffy tail, if you don't wake up, I'll zap you." It was an empty threat, the tell tale emptiness ringing in his words, but he was growing desperate. He'd heard rumors of a place for Eevees and eeveelutions and had already been on his way when he found this wounded one-- and it seemed as though for all his efforts, she would die before he even found the place.

It seemed he had one option remaining.

"Help!" he howled. "Anyone! Please help me!" Carrying the Eevee had taken a great deal of energy out of him, but he released a large burst of electricity, using it as a flare of sorts. Spent, he collapsed down beside her, panting with exertion.

Probably too late, but the worst you can do is say no, right? :)

Name: Garrix Oakstone
Age: 37
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Demisexual Panromantic
Appearance: Garrix has seen a far bit of excitement in his time, the trials and tribulations of his life weathering his features. He is a man experienced in combat, and it shows. Standing six feet tall, he has a strong, muscular build that he takes immense pride in; his strength has saved his life on more than one occasion, on and off the battlefield. His dark green eyes are framed by crows feet and his forehead bears the tell-tale creases of a man burdened by worries and the chain of command. He has a jagged scar diagonally cutting through his lips, from a fight long ago when he was still a cocky youth. His hair is thick and jet black, contrasting the gray that has entered his well-kept mustache over time.
Underneath his ever-present faded leather armor and shining steel cuirass, his flesh is covered in a veritable map of scar tissue, telling the tales of his military career. Of particular note is the arrow wound at his side, nestled under his rib cage; it is a small thing, barely two inches, but it is easily his most grievous wound to date, and he would have died were it not for the fact that the battle ended shortly after, allowing for swift medical intervention.
Dragon: Calemvir, or "Cal", is a large dragon, with a broad wingspan, four powerful limbs that end in deadly claws, and a spiked tail he uses to decimate ground troops and other dragons alike. Cal has iridescent, silver scales and is quite the sight, flying over the din of war and practically glowing in the sunlight.
First power: Incredibly fast and high volume processing; meaning, he can look at a situation and understand it better than someone without this power, in the same time frame.
Position: Rider
History: In his youth, Garrix was hardly the picture of discipline, and his arrogance only worsened once he received Cal. It took his trainer taking him aside and fighting as if to kill for Garrix to realize he was disrespecting not just himself and his family but also any and all dragon riders and tamers before him. The fight humbled him, made him accept that he wasn't nearly half the pinnacle of perfection he thought he was, and to this day whenever he spies it in his reflection he is reminded.

<< Hopefully this is alright. If not, I'll gladly make any changes necessary. >>

Name: Infini
Gender: Female
Level: 14
Eevee or Eeveelution: Eevee
Scarred Heart or Healing Heart: Scarred Heart
Job: - Would not be opposed to joining as a bandit/caller once healed and/or evolved. -
Injury or Health Issue: Hypothermia, frostbite and slightly diminished lung capacity from a bad bout with pneumonia.
Backstory: Infini and her trainer were incredibly close, as she was his starter pokémon. Once they heard about the potential for her to evolve into a Glaceon, the two set out to find an Icy Rock. Unfortunately, they were woefully under leveled for the area and inadequately supplied. In short order, Infini was injured terribly and her trainer, suffering from the beginnings of hypothermia, hurried to get her to a pokémon center. In his haste, he tripped, breaking his ankle. From there, Infini is not sure what happened to him. She likes to believe that he managed to make it back to a nearby city, but the truth is that he did not.
Appearance: Most of Infini's tail is simply destroyed, leaving a stump, and what little remains is nerveless and immobile. Her fur, once lustrous and well-groomed, now is often matted and dull. Frostbite scars mar her right side where a particularly nasty ice beam caught her. Otherwise, she is still a fine looking Eevee, holding herself with feminine grace and with warm, gentle eyes.

...

Name: Blitzkrieg
Gender: Male
Level: 39
Eevee or Eeveelution: Jolteon
Scarred Heart or Healing Heart: Healing Heart
Job: Fighter
Injury or Health Issue: (I know you said this was not necessary for healing hearts, but Blitzkrieg does have a limp.)
Backstory: Blitzkrieg's trainer was an incredibly competitive one and, like many others, an aspirant elite four member. This drove her to train her pokémon far beyond their limits. If ever the Nurse Joys thought it strange how frequently she brought in her pokémon, exhausted and thoroughly injured, they never mentioned it. For years, Blitzkrieg labored under her training, before he was finally freed: after a bad landing from a seismic toss that shattered his right hind leg, his trainer deemed him no longer suitable for her party and released him.
Appearance: This Jolteon cuts an imposing figure, muscular and bearing numerous scars, testaments to his trainer's abuse. The most salient one is the claw mark on his snout that twists his mouth into a permanent grimace, and has even tore away some of the flesh to expose his teeth; numerous other smaller ones decorate his body, leaving his fur patchy or thin in some places. He limps, rather than lopes as he did in his youth, but has only suffered moderate loss of speed and mobility. In rainy or snowy weather, however, he is significantly impeded by the old injury.

Literacy// Semi-Lit, on average. Just over a decade's worth of experience, to boot.

Length and Style// Paragraph style, third person past tense, though if it better fits the needs of the roleplay, present tense. I tend to mirror; if I'm given two sentences, my own post will be much shorter as I do not pad my responses with cruft. I despise script role playing with a passion -- it comes across as lazy to me, and more often than not it is bland -- and request that script role players do not bother contacting me.

Interests/Genre// By and large, most of my roleplays have been human. Genre wise, I'm open to pretty much everything except mystery and historical, and that's more to do with inexperience than any actual lack of desire. I'm also a part of a number of fandoms. Just ask me; I may be part of it.

Maturity and Romance// As I am an adult, I don't feel comfortable roleplaying anything sexual with any minors (romantic is fine, so long as you as well are). My limits on gore are non-existent, and you may have to warn me if I go too far for your tastes.

Contact// Just through the messaging system for now, though I prefer using forums when we get to the actual roleplay.

Other// My characters run the gamut of sexualities and genders. If you are transphobic or homophobic, please don't bother contacting me. We will not get along.
Concerning romance: it will develop organically or not at all. No love at first sight, no "we've known each other for two weeks but I know it's True Wuv!" Just no.
