I noticed recently that when submitting the items for a Bulletin Board request, you will pretty much always get a "Last Berry" warning message that appears to be bugged, because it doesn't list a berry type and has a value of negative one (-1). The part I'm actually reporting is that this happens even if the Bulletin Board request does not involve any berries in the exchange. here, you can see what I'm referring to.

I realize that the weird message itself has been reported before, but from what I've seen, it was only in instances where the task asked for berries. I'm just reporting that this message always appears even if you aren't submitting any berries for the task. Thanks for reading!

My apologies if this has already been reported, but I've had a small issue happen 2-3 times before, including today's login, where the Giratina Swarm minigame doesn't function correctly if it just so happens to show up at the same time as your Daily Login Reward.

Basically, under normal circumstances, the Giratina Swarm minigame sort of disables clicking any links on the page, so you can freely click on the Giratina sprites without fear of accidentally loading a new page and failing the minigame. This also causes the entire page to have a "shaded" filter to indicate that. However, if a Giratina Swarm minigame starts at the same time as you receive your Daily Login Reward, it prevents the shaded filter from appearing, and also makes it possible to click links on the page, making it very likely you will fail the minigame by accidentally loading another page.

Not a huge bug by any means, but I do hope to see this fixed at some point.

Considering a recent event, yeah, this would be pretty nice. Support.

Full support, mulch is rarely used currently because the only way to get it is buying it with Nuggets.

Old berries are more or less useless still, even with the more recent berrygarden related update.

Bump, added an edit to the post regarding changing the number of levels required at higher levels.

Support! Seems like a no-brainer to me, it wouldn't be very difficult to implement and it's a simple quality of life change :)

This is a pretty simple suggestion, one that I believe has the potential to benefit the site as a whole, increasing overall activity and providing a tangible incentive for general site interaction.

The premise is pretty simple: For every 10 Trainerlevels a player achieves, they receive one Egg Storage slot added to their Storage Boxes. We all know that Egg Storage gets expensive after just a few slots, and that's a separate discussion entirely, but I think providing a second way to get them occasionally via Trainerlevel milestones would help not only with the pricing issue at least a little bit for newer users, but would also reward players, new and old, for their overall activity on Pokéheroes.

These hypothetical Trainerlevel Egg Storage slots would not affect Egg Storage prices at all, and players would still be able to purchase them using the existing system of progressive pricing; I believe it would be relatively simple to add a background function for the site to keep track of which Egg Storage slots are purchased vs. earned, and therefore know what to charge for a new Egg Storage slot.

This hypothetical feature would immediately have, in my opinion, pretty solid balancing to not overthrow the existing system of increasing Egg Storage slots, because Trainerlevels become harder to achieve the higher you go. Players who have been active for years would have somewhere between 5 and 15 extra slots added for the most part, despite being on site for most of a decade.

Take myself as a quick example; after Riako adjusted Trainerlevel points a few years ago, I have been slowly inching my way back towards Trainerlevel 100 after being dropped to Trainerlevel 89, and I am still only Trainerlevel 98. Currently, for 7 years and some change under my belt on Pokéheroes, I'd be eligible for 9 Egg Storage slots from this hypothetical system.

With that said, I think that's everything. Let me know your thoughts or further suggestions? I'll edit this post occasionally to add any compelling suggestions you guys have to share. Thanks for reading!

EDIT #1: March 17th 2023 - A couple of users so far have suggested lowering the amount of Trainerlevels needed for another Egg Storage slot once you reach certain thresholds, to mitigate the exponential jump in points needed to level up at higher levels.

One player suggested the example of changing the amount of levels per milestone from 10 to 5, once a player reaches level 80 or 90. The milestones for each Egg Storage slot with this suggestion would look something like this: 10 -> 20 -> 30 -> 40 -> 50 -> 60 -> 70 -> 80 -> 85 -> 90 -> 95 -> 100 ->...

I thought of this possibility when drafting the suggestion originally. However, my logic was that the higher you go in Trainerlevel and the more Egg Storage milestones you reach, the harder it should be to reach the next one, to keep balance with the existing system. This edited portion is for the sake of open discussion, to see what people have to say about it.

@LukeSky I'm not sure, honestly. An idea I have is actually to allow for customization of the setting, and it would allow you to register certain known domains as "blue links", like YouTube, Twitter, etc., whereas links that come from domains that are not registered would show up as red. Something like that 😅

@Chewydabacca, that's more of an unintended use of a system that happens to work. While it does work, the original idea suggested was focused on providing a specific solution that fixes the problem directly, and was intended to do so. Once again, I find the suggestion redundant due to the newly implemented Pokémon Recovery system.

@JolteonThunder, this suggestion was made a LONG time ago, lol, that's why it was initially approved and posted to the forum. I've already made light that this suggestion is pretty much obsolete now.

@Ephenia, I agree to an extent, but honestly, I think the Pokémon Recovery system solves the problem. It provides a way for you to restore lost Pokémon, and requires a small fee to do so, which penalizes you (in my opinion, quite fairly) for being careless about what Pokémon you release. I'm satisfied with its implementation and I honestly do not find the idea of locking a Pokémon from being released a priority at this point. That being said, I'd still be quite happy if it was considered and later implemented.

I suppose this suggestion is now obsolete by the new Pokémon Recovery update Riako implemented 😄 thank you everyone for providing feedback and ideas!

Full support!

Some event rates are really terrible, just about as bad as the Dex completion legendaries were before those got updated. If those can be updated, why not event rates?

Furthermore, I and several other people agree that event passes are really expensive and not worth it as they currently are. Maybe the Legend/Special one can remain the same because that's still the only way to get a shiny by chaining, but the other prices definitely do need a revamp. An easy rarity event shiny costs like 2,000 nuggets for a pass, and that gets you one shiny. That's nowhere near what an event shiny is actually worth, so it simply is not currently worth it to buy those passes.
