(OOC: I don't really care who wins prom queen, so whatever happens, happens. :) I actually never even said who Missy voted for. )

Missy blushed and stared at Charlotte, her mouth seemed to have stopped working as she opened it then shut it again twice before answering, "Sss...sure I would like that." Then realizing that Charlotte did want punch Missy poured her a glass and handed it to her. Missy had never had a date before platonic or otherwise.

She nodded to Amour, "Food would be great. I have apparently skipped all meals today"

Missy smiled at Charlotte, "Hi! I umm have your jacket that you let me barrow. " She gestured towards the jacket in her hands. It was nice to at least recognize someone here. A dance simply made her uncomfortable, but she felt a little more secure with Charlotte here.

"I like your outfit" Missy said shyly then offered, "Do you want some punch?"

Missy then glanced up at Pepper and Amour in slight shock. "Wow, you two both evolved!"

	The gym was full of other students, balloons, and other decorations to make it fell like the 1960's era. She went to the entrance and voted for prom queen. Missy was surprised to see Pepper's name as one to vote for. Then she signed her name in the signatures book before going inside. The crowd of people made her nervous, so Missy grabbed some punch and stood by the sidelines. [Read more]

Missy pulled her hair into ponytails, and put her prom outfit on. She tugged at the skirt afraid she may have cut the skirt a little too short. She wondered if the others were getting ready too, completely oblivious to the two evolutions.

After the outfit on Missy, complete with matching shoes she glanced at the tall mirror on the opposite side of her. She thought she looked okay, not really anything special, but good enough.

She tossed Charlotte's borrowed jacket over her shoulder and started her way towards prom.

Missy awoke from a nap to the beep of Lilly's text and decided to text her back "Sounds fun, but I need to check out my Math scores first after prom so I'll probably be late."

She got out of bed and and stretched, she was nervous about prom. How her costume would look to others, if going was actually a mistake. Missy sighed then brushed her hair. She glanced over at Charlotte's jacket which still hung on her closet door's handle.

Missy cut the skirt to the right size, and fluffed up the tulle. She sewed the poodle onto the skirt and called it good. The shirt was already ready, the scarf, and shoes matched just fine. She hoped Lilly wouldn't be upset at the changes she made. Missy had begun to like Lilly as a friend, and the completed outfit did in fact have a poodle skirt, as well as some pink.

She could hear noises coming from somewhere in the school, but Missy did not want to always be a bother to others.

Missy returned the thumbs up, "Night Andrea" smiling she walked back to her dorm. She glanced out the window the moon was slightly more then half full. It would be a full moon by prom time, what great timing Missy thought. She didn't know why but Missy loved a full moon, it made her feel more comfortable, more at home.

Turning towards the fabric pile on her bed, Missy began to hum a tune as she hung the dyed fabric up with string surrounding her dorm's wall in purple, blacks, and a spot of pink. She also glanced at Charlotte's jacket, she supposed she would have to give that back at prom too.

Missy gave a shy smile, "No problem. Just make sure when your done you give the stuff back to me and I can put in back next time art class starts,"
Then stepping out of the art room, Missy added in "The art teacher is pretty cool about letting me barrow things when I need it."

Missy flipped the light switch off and locked the art door again. She jingled the key slightly in her hand before putting it into her pocket. "If you need anything else just let me know since you know where my dorm is now."

She gestured towards Andrea, and Missy began walking back towards the dorm hallway, "I have to put this fabric back in my room first."

After dumping the fabric in a heap on her bed she led Andrea to the art room. She unlocked the room with a key and turned on the lights. Her painting of the purple eared fairy was still their half finished, and Missy blushed and covered it up. "Just uh umm a project of mine. Feel free to take what you need."

Missy glanced at the pamphlet, and gave a nod. Anytime Missy saw Andrea she could tell she was a hard worker. From running the fastest in gym class, to concentrating on school work. Doing well at school, except art, was something Missy never seemed to be able to do.

"You write a lot neater then I do," She complimented Andrea then feeling brave she added, "If you need more art supplies I can unlock the art room for you."

Missy touched the hanging fabric the dye was finally dry. She gathered it up and trotted into the lunch room. It was mostly empty with Lilly being gone, but she did spot one girl there, Andrea. The girl looked like she was having a rather intense study session, she was looking over papers so intensely, like she could burn holes right through them. Missy peeked at the girl over the loose fabric.

Missy hung the dyed fabric to dry this would take all day, so she took out her bento box she had packed earlier. It tasted much better then that cold, hard pancake Missy had for breakfast. She studied the sketch of her prom dress. It would have pink in it just as she had promised Lilly, and was technically a poodle skirt, with a white shirt. Just with a little bit more flare. She smiled as she ate, it was strange being excited for something like a dance. Missy hoped the others would all make it.

Missy gave a small wave to Lilly and watched her leave. Then gathering back up the loose fabric including what Pepper had given her, Missy walked back towards her dorm. There she picked out her black and purple dye. She knew the fumes would too much inside so she picked up two bins stacked together with the dye and fabric inside and marched outside.

Once outside she filled tied the fabric in different ways with rubber bands, then dipped them into the dye letting them completely soak. While waiting she put on some music and since no one was watching she danced.

Missy blushed both the fall and having people make a fuss over her easily flustered her.
"I'm fine. Nothing that can't be sewed up and well...well I'm fine really."

She took Lilly's hand, and stood up dusting off her legs, and pulling Charolette's jacket around her close. Fortunately it was just a small rip down the side of her dress, so not too bad. The fabric she had just bought seemed to be fine as well. Then turning to the girls feeling less shy she added,

"Sorry for interrupting, was bringing this fabric to make a prom costume. It even has some pink in it Lilly," Missy tossed the fabric around "Well somewhere I swear. Oh and Charlotte I'll give back the jacket later okay? "

She took the extra fabric from Pepper and shouted out a "Thanks" as the two girls left.

Missy wandered down the dorm hallway her arms full of costume fabric that she had just gotten from the general store . She could hear the familiar voices of others girls, but didn't want to intrude yet again. She tried to quietly tip toe around them, but the bundle of fabric was starting to get in the way.

When a peice of black satin caught on the corner it made a loud "rrrrrriiiiiippppp" sound as she tugged at it harder. Missy fell on her butt when the satin was free, and made a few choice words under her breath. Then blushed at the sight of Pepper, Lilly and Charlotte in the hallway.
