Staff of Willpower
A large wooden staff, about 1.5in (3.8cm) in diameter, it seems to be made of ash wood, it was crested with small ivory colored gems surrounding the top. four zigzags run down the sides of the staff, this staff is normally 1.5m, but in certain situations, when she wants it to, the staff can reach lengths of 3.5m, the staff releases a powerful aura in the longer state. the staff effects Dakota's personality, it makes her feel brave and confident, giving her outstanding Willpower.
Pokémon Team:

5'3" (1.6m) in height she weights around 95lbs, her frame is thin and dainty. pale skin. deep, joyful, red colored eyes with smaller pupils, her face had a faint sprinkling of freckles. hair color is a ash blond color with a red layer underneath(like kerian and carmine), hair goes just a little past her shoulders, long curtain bangs. her hair in the back curls up at the end. she wears a white turtle neck under a puffy greenish jacket, she wear a red skirt just that ends above knee, gray crew socks with two red stripes, she also wears chestnut heavy duty boots with 1.5in soles that have a weird 0.7in deep, 1.5in diameter circle messily cut into the soles of the boots and a khaki heavy duty backpack.
Personality:
though she is a generous and caring person, she is extremely over bearing, she constantly has lots of energy, almost never seeming to tired, she is often seen as annoying due to this. she's drawn to quiet people. she nearly never serious, almost always cracking a joke or saying something sarcastic. she loves to battle, but easily gets bored, only when she enjoys the battle she becomes aggressive, excited and egotistical. in desperate situations, her normal battling strategies, become harsh and very dangerous. she loves to collect random stuff, if she finds it cool, and its small enough, it goes into her bag.
General Skillset:
A battle fanatic, she master a strategy for her pokemon, though she's not the strongest, but she has willpower, the willpower to become stronger. with her new staff, she has become a amateur pole vaulter and gymnast.
Weaknesses/Flaws:
she is extremely over confident, always over estimating her true power, so she often gets her self into difficult situations, that she can't beat or complete. but even then, if something obviously dangerous , she believes that she can do it.
Dakota suffers from Hemophobia (fear of blood), due to a accident that happen when she was a child. when she sees blood, it can cause her to become nausea, light headed, and faint.

Multi-Regional Alert!!
Team Rocket has taken over the Kanto and Jonto Regions!!

Somehow, seemingly overnight, a team rocket has taken over the Kanto and Johto regions.. It started with the police stations.. Then the gyms.. And lastly the elite four and champions.. Boat ports, airports.. Taken over.. No way to leave the regions that have been taken over.. The Kantoian and Johtoian people are being treated like slaves… being forced to catch dozens of pokemon a week, or to build things for Team rocket under a watchful eye… though pay is given.. They must pay a fine to keep their pokemon and to buy food and water rations peopleand chilren are sick and starving.. power is only on for a few hours a day.. 5 rebellions came before to try to over take the tyrantic ruling of team rocket. But they were sabotaged every single time..
It had been six months since the fall of the fifth rebellion..
A new Group has been formed..
By a man named Tatum Zillias..

~due to lore reasons, no wild pokemon characters (unless soonly caught by a trainer)

~location - in the basement of a abandon pokemon center, a center that wasn't looted by team rocket.. this place is the HQ of The Leaky Valve.. The center has medical equipment, beds, grow lights(originally for grass type pokemon, but can also be used for berries), well water, and many back up generators..

~ the way to win - The two regions were spilt up into 6 parts.. each has a admin ruling over it.. no one knows who these admin are or what there teams are like.. but they must be defeated..!! and once they are defeated, the location of Giovanni, the leader of team rocket and bring him down!! to free the people of the Kanto and Johto regions!
