Back story (if any)-Rayquaza was just a normal little magikarp when it got angry at people it started saying when I evolve I swear I am gonna kill you. It thought that if it evolves it will become gyardos but when it got in a fight with rayquaza, rayquaza killed it with a touch attack, arceus felt sorry and made that rayquaza into a magikarp (temporary) and made magikarp into a chrome rayquaza (permanent)
