Missy returned the strangers nod, noting how he had looked at Charlotte. Then answering Charlotte,

"I bet you have been in the thick of the chaos as usual. You seem be gaining a lot of admirers too."

Missy gave Charlotte an all knowing smile. Then flicking a strand of her hair she nervously added, "You know we never did dance at prom. That means you owe me one, someday I should collect. Good night!"

With that Missy mustered the best boldness she could to continue walking on and going into her own dorm. Truth be told Missy didn't feel at all bold, nor at all comfortable with how all these boys were acting about Charlotte. Charlotte was becoming more and more popular and farther and farther away from Missy. She landed on the bed, but didn't sleep.

Missy stood back and studied the painting a purple fairy with familiar looking matching purple ears. She wore a black Victorian dress, and her black wings were spread out as though in mid flight across the paper. It was nearly finally complete, but needed time to dry, so this time she left it uncovered.

Then walking out of the art room she headed towards her dorm room. She was surprised then to see Charlotte with a new person at her door.

Missy finished eating her lunch and looked outside. It was still raining and the thunder was still crashing across the sky. Being inside was boring. She took out the art room key and twirled it on her finger by the key chain loop. Then she sat up, still wearing the headphones, and moved towards the art room. She was surprised that the door was in fact unlocked, must be that tour Lilly was speaking of earlier. Fortunately, it looked as though her painting was still covered, at least no one saw that.

Missy uncovered the painting, dipped her brush in paint and began to do long strokes on the canvas. Music and art, if only all classes could be like this. She didn't notice the splat of purple paint that landed on her cheek as she continued.

Missy drowned out the noise of Lilly yelling by turning up the volume of her music. She smiled to herself at Lilly nearly saying "fire butt." With a stretch and a yawn Missy dragged herself off the purple chair, and walked back into the hallway.

She jingled the art room keys in her pocket but decided to follow her stomach first into the lunch room. She opened the refrigerator and dug out some already cooked chicken and rice. Missy wouldn't be allowed to eat outside today so she sat down at a table furthest from the room's entrance. With a little soy sauce it wasn't too bad.

Missy walked into her room and got changed. It felt nice to be back in her normal clothes again. She smiled as she carefully packed her prom outfit back into her closet. Classes didn't start up again until tommarrow, so she had the rest of the day to relax, maybe study if she got really bored. Missy took out her headphones and CD player. She put the music on high, and sat down.

Missy stopped mid-wave at what Amour said.
"Yeah, Charlotte and Chase seem pretty close. I heard she has another friend coming soon too. I have a feeling the three are inseparable."

She gave a small smile at Amour, "Sorry we didn't talk much at the sleepover, it was nice seeing you there. I have to get going to my dorm and change again."

Missy walked around Amour and headed toward her dorm again.

Missy was silent during the entire sleepover, being in a crowd of people added with a new person did that to her. Not to mention that the new person, Chase, was a boy who seemed very close to Charlotte. Pepper had also gone missing for the sleepover. Just when Missy was beginning to feel comfortable around the others, the dynamic seemed to be changing and she wasn't sure that was a good thing.

Missy stood up and smiled at Lilly, "Thanks for the sleepover, the movie was great. I should probably go now that everyone else seems to have left."

She gave a little wave to Lilly, she admitted she felt kind of bad for the girl. As a popular girl Lilly was use to everyone treating her special. She gave Lilly a quick hug before she gathered her things and walked out into the hall towards her dorm. Missy had a feeling Chase also had seen Charlotte's dorm.

"Hmm, strange. Well hopefully it was just a harmless prank,"

Missy murmured. She closed her eyes and enjoyed the silence for a little while, then stood up. It was getting late which meant soon the prom would be over, and she still needed to get ready for the slumber party. Missy had completely forgotten to pack her stuff.

"Well I suppose we should go back. Lilly will probably be upset if we miss the big announcement, if they ever figure out who is prom queen."

Missy turned her head sideways to take a look at Charlotte. She too looked well in moonlight Missy decided. Then turning her head back towards the sky, Missy answered,

"It's okay....wait you said Andrea sneaked into your room what for? She seems like such a nice girl"

Missy knew this would be the second person to have been in Charlotte's room, though she supposed Andrea didn't really count since she wasn't invited.

Missy drummed her fingers against the table. Figures her first date would end up with her alone at the table. She sighed and got up, perhaps her math scores were finally posted. She flicked a strand of purple hair before getting up and walking towards her math class. Outside the door was the scores, she of course was the last to see them with prom and everything. The score read 2.5, and Missy smiled slightly,

"I'm no genius but a passing grade is still a pass. At least I can't be sent home now"

Satisfied and tired of prom Missy headed towards outside to see the moon. Her eyes sparkled slightly under the moonlight, as she sat down under her favorite oak tree.

(OOC: I'm not sure voting is working lol, don't know what to do for a tie breaker unless Andrea comes in and votes :P Teius, not much happened we are still at the prom. )

Missy gave a nod and stole one of Charlotte's cookies. She nibbled at it slightly before replying,

"Stars are beautiful too, my favorite are falling stars. I actually found a piece of a meteorite. I'll have to show you sometime."

She finished off the cookie, and glanced at the others. Pepper and Amour seemed to be enjoying the attention with their new looks. Missy had a feeling if she evolved she would simply turn into a mass of pixels. Still both girls looked great, and more confident. She spotted Lilly eating sugar cookies. Missy couldn't wait for the sleepover later.

	Missy clapped at the announcement, and then smiled wondering how the new boy, she believed was named Jackson, was going to dance with three girls at once. It was a funny image. She glanced at Charlotte acting guilty and felt guilty. Missy was her date after all and didn't want her date to be unhappy. She put a reassuring hand over Charlotte's hand. [Read more]
