Austin walked onto the school grounds and looked around. A few trainers looked over to him and frowned. "Isn't that the kid from Unova? The weirdo who's dad was raised as a rocket grunt?" One of them whispered. Austin frowned and shook his head clear before continuing through the school. He tripped over a couple rocks and crashed into the fountain in the center of school.

"Well. Looks like I'm not going to make a huge splash while I'm here." Austin mumbled to himself in a dry tone. He said it in a tone that could've been heard by anyone nearby.

[agreed also sorry I don't respond as normally as I used to. For some reason I've lost the motivation to write, and other than that story I'm working on. ~~and debating on posting because I'm not sure if anyone would read it.~~ I haven't really been thinking of ideas for the rp, and most my ideas are going to that story. ~~Which I did finish the prologue for, but I'm still unsure if I'll post it or not.~~]

Austin walked into the kitchen and grabbed himself a bowl of cereal for breakfast. He sat down and began to eat it while still trying to fix the contact in his right eye. "Morning Austin." Smokey said with a tired yawn. "You forget to take your contact out last night?"

*Yeah, I was pretty tired and just fell asleep." Austin said with a sigh and finally took the contact out. "Guess I can't wear it today, my eye is slightly annoyed.* He whispered and shrugged. "So what class do you teach again?*

"Pokemon photography. You'll have it a bit later on." Smokey said kindly and made himself a bowl of cereal. "We leave in a few so you better get ready." Austin nodded and finished his food before going to change.

"Do more research on him, pretend to be his friend and gather more information. If Rocket is back then he might be trying to trick you." The voice said simply and sighed. "Some grunts will like to seem like they're the innocent type."

Austin finished eating his dinner and smiled. "Thanks, Smokey! It was great." He said happily and went to do the dishes. Smokey smiled and nodded in response as he got up.

"You should get some sleep after that. Tomorrow is your first day of school." Smokey said kindly. Austin nodded and went to finish the dishes before heading back to his room.

Austin walked back inside and yawned. He headed for his room and placed his bag on the bed. "Hey Aus! Snow told me your favorite food so I made you some orange chicken for dinner." Smokey said kindly.

Austin looked up and smiled. "Sounds great!" He said kindly and headed into the kitchen.

Agreed. ~~Sorry, I sort of wrote Austin as a trainer who struggles to get past his dad's past since people blame him for the wrong Snow did.~~ When should Rocket attack and Austin finds out Stream was lying to him? Cause I'm thinking maybe Austin will be fighting a rocket grunt by himself in a dark alley a bit later on. Maybe Stream could secretly be following him and see the fight?

Torrent laughed and splashed Dot back gleefully. Austin smiled at them and chuckled softly, he then looked back at the sky and frowned to himself. I've been hurt in the past before. People pretend to be my friend, I trust them...will the same thing happen this time? No...maybe not. He blinked and looked at the clouds. "That one looks like a Pikachu!" He said with a smile and pointed to a random cloud.

Lion blinked and rolled the book in his hand. "Not sure. It looks like an old journal for the johto region, but we're in Kanto." He mumbled quietly.

"Well if your neck wasn't broken to where you couldn't look left, you'd notice that you're right next to Johto." Snow joked kindly causing Lion to roll his eyes.

"Okay, that's not the point to make Johto citizens joke of how Kanto citizens found Johto after so many years." Lion said with a shake of his head.

Tiger recalled Cotton and Charm and glanced at Colin, Robert, JJ, and Jamie. He took a few steps back and headed the way they came.

Austin blinked and frowned. He grabbed his bag and slung it over his shoulder. "I know that they're not here to make friends." He mumbled quietly. He had been afraid of Team Rocket since he was five. The evil team had attacked his school in an attempt to draw Snow away from the police job and had nearly killed Austin that day. A scar over his brown eye was a dull reminder of that day, and Austin was lucky he could see out of it at all.
