Story
Name: Rey Namato
Appearance Anti-hero, not exactly a villain, but I guess you could call him one.
Personality: Short fuse against heroes, tends to be aggressive towards them. Has extremely bad luck, and carries a metronome to help him control his obtained quirk, similar to how a piano player keeps time.

Quirk: Random. Rey can access all possible powers (that has been wielded by a living organism before, therefore he will not be able to wield a power that has not been owned by someone else somewhere in history. He also is unable to wield some quirks, which will be explained later.) but is unable to choose which power he gets. He is also unable to control the power unless he learns how to. Although it is by default completely random, there are certain factors that may allow him to have a higher chance of using specific power. Upon ingesting the DNA (hair, blood, any dna) of another person, he gets an increased chance to use that power, depending on how much he ingested. Once Rey swaps powers, this chance resets, and he no longer gets an increased chance until he ingests more DNA. His personality will also change depending on who’s quirk he obtains. The more powerful, the more the effect on his personality.

Notes: He can only obtain a power that has been owned by someone else some time in history. This means he will probably scale to the power level of a average human most of time. By default, due to certain control factors from the experiment he was in to obtain his power, he will not be able to obtain powers that will potentially kill him immediately. Eg, immediate self destruct. He will still be able to wield powers that will cause him severe damage, eg being able to self destruct certain parts of his body at will)

Normally, when wielding power, he will be able to access a small portion of the original wielder's memories. This normally gives him an idea on how to activate the power, and the identity of the user, but not enough information to know how to control the power well. If the power he received is strong, or the amount of DNA he ingested is of a large quantity, he will be able to access a larger portion of memories, mainly recent memories. He will still not be able to control the power well just from these memories.

The power he obtains affects his memories, the stronger the power, his personality becomes closer to that of the original wielder of the power. In other words, if he obtains the hero's power, he will have a more heroic personality. If power belongs to a villain, he will have a more villainous personality.

If said power is too strong, Rey will lose consciousness and will take on the memories, quirk, and personality of the person the power belongs too. If said person has already deceased, he will take on the personality and memories of the person in his prime. Rey's consciousness will be taken over by Reyna's consciousness. Therefore, Reyna will be able to access the memories of the person the power belongs to, granting her close to full control of the power. Rey's regular healing factor is also increased significantly. Reyna bears a grudge against humanity for her death and an even bigger grudge towards the heroes.

Backstory: The hero association had initiated a project to create the ultimate hero, which can use all powers. Unfortunately, the average human is unable to withstand the power of all quirks, and most of the test subjects had died within 24 hours of receiving the prototype quirk. All was lost, until a cell regeneration quirk from a deceased teenager, Reyna was discovered, which allowed the body to regenerate just enough to stay alive even with the prototype quirk. The regeneration quirk was added to the prototype quirk, and the hero association used Rey as a test subject for the new prototype. The test didn't work out as planned and gave Rey access to all powers, but he cannot choose what power he gets. He now has a uncontrollable power, with a extremely destructive potential, and bears a grudge against the hero association for ruining his life.

Ultimate Ability->Mugen o koete, Ultima: Rey takes on the quirks of all past, present, and future people, all at the same time. He can use any amount of quirks at the same time, but upon using any quirk during "Mugen o koete, Ultima", Rey will constantly have his life drained, eventually dying after 5 minutes. This mode also enhances his physical abilities to a extremely great extent, and can concentrate this power to a certain limb, to perform a devastating physical attack. This will not activate the 5 minute timer, but will result in the loss of the limb that the power was focused on.
