The thing is though, if they can't find the apps by themselves, I don't think they are qualified. As many people have repeated, a staff member should be aware of what's going on. There isn't a need for an explanation (anymore than what is already given).

In my opinion, if you want a job, you gotta look for it. No firm/company will notify specific people (of course there are small exceptions) about how a job is now open at their firm/company. When there's excess people and a small amount of jobs, it's up to the person to find the job.

Secondly, I think users we accept should be well-rounded and active around the site. Therefore, they should be easily able to find the threads within the time range of the applications. Why should we take someone that isn't even active enough to find a large news thread?

	Well since you'll get loads of them, I'd go with 4k pd for females and 2k pd for males? That'd be what I'd price them, but this really depends on people's own opinions. 	To be honest, for regular pokemon, prices tend to range quite a bit ^^ I've seen female starters go up to 10k per but also only go for 1k pd each. Basically, it just depends on whether or not you're lucky :3 [Read more]
