I am not completely certain if you can find an egg in the forums or not, because like Riako and the mods have said, the eggs are hidden randomly for each member. So my locations would not be the same as yours, so it is a possibility that you can find an egg on the forums (considering they are not an excluded location), but make sure you check EVERYWHERE before going to the forums, because it would take hours to search ever single page by its lonesome. Also, I feel the need to point out that the mods have said not to think too far outside the box on the egg hunt. Happy Hunting.

@WhisperingThief, There is a complete picture of the eggs on page 30 (I think) second post. If your eggs look like that picture then yes, you found them all. If not, then you should keep looking. I'm pretty sure I know which egg you are talking about too, because there is one egg that is the palest, and hard to tell if you got or not. Hope that helps. :)

@Gokussauro, I don't think I understand your question. Are you asking if it is possible for the egg to be on any page in the forums?

I finally found all 20 about an hour ago. Sure the first 17 were okay to find. Two of the last 3 were a little harder to find, and the last one took the longest because I thought I had looked everywhere, when in fact I had over look a few places in my searching. They are not impossible to find. Just recheck every pages you may have already looked at and go to the forums as a very last resort, because there are ALOT of different tabs and pages, etc. I am not going to give you a direct answer because I don't want to get in trouble with the moderators, and I honestly don't know because everyone's eggs are randomly hidden, so my locations wouldn't be the same as someone else.

@amarjeet, earlier Riako said that finding two eggs on the same page was a very slim possibility because you would have found them at the same time, because the eggs are static, which means they will always be there.
