Character name: Rey Neikaze

Characters hero/villian name (optional): Metronome

Hero student/ Villian/ Hero teacher/ or Vigilante?: Hero student, with a villain side

Characters Quirk: Randomness: upon activation, a totally random quirk is unleashed, which will vary in power, which may range from benefiting him, doing absolutely nothing, or at worst, killing him. The quirk he gets is completely random, although there are ways for him to increase the probability of getting a certain quirk, such as ingesting another person’s dna will increase his chances of getting their quirk. Rey will have no control over his quirk, just like how midoriya couldn’t control all for one.

Characters other abilities (not quirks):

Robot arm(to be added after a part of story): a modified robotic arm after he lost his left arm while being unable to control his power. His arm is upgradable, but only acts as a replacement arm for now.

Metal throwing cards: poker cards made of thin metal, used to be a hobby of his, he can throw them with high accuracy, with high power.

Absolutely no hand to hand combat power at all: he can’t fight with weapons well, relys on metal arm and cards to fight.

Evil half: as a result of his power, getting a villains quirk or overly powerful quirk may cause him to lose control to his other half. His other half is evil, and has the same skills as Rey, but is good at hand to hand combat, and can control his power better

Description (image or written):

Allies?: AI larviprop: a companion of Rey he made out of metal. It is able to give Rey advice, basically rey’s advisor and councilor, sort of a makeshift friend

Personality: good half: lacks morals when it comes to villains, but will do his best to save everyone else
Bad half: He’s not exactly evil, but has the same goal as rey, to find out the whereabouts of his father. He doesn’t care about what he has or anyone has to lose in order to achieve his goal, and thus is deemed as Evil. Both halfs can mix if both of them are able to cooperate towards one small goal, but for now, his good half dominates rey.

Background/Backstory (optional): Rey didn’t get his power naturally. His father worked for a organization, and used Rey as the final test subject for his final project, to create a permanent drug, that allows is user to use any power, with unlimited use. The idea was to create the Ultimate Hero. However, The drug didn’t work as planned. Instead of giving Rey the power to use any power for a unlimited time, it gave Rey access to random powers that he can’t choose. His father, seeing what he did, had a change of heart, after seeing what he did to his own son. He blew up the research facility as a bid to destroy the drug and prevent it’s use. He tried to escape, but the higher-ups caught him. Rey escaped, with a box of pills which grants him full power control, which was his father’s own power.

Anything else I should know?: Uh there’s one part in which rey joins the villan, so is there a chance in which during a early encounter with the villians, there’s a hint towards his father? Eg using special pills

Even for the most common one, Shiny tapu koko, there were only 3 sold shown in the market insider, as shown as how many times the graph fluctuates.
