It was summer on Iceberg Isle, the weather was a little less cold, it was a great time for tourists to visit. Which actually didn't happen. It was desert as always, just the same people here and there... "I wonder if someone will miraculousy show up in here, i've been without any patients for, what, weeks?..." "It's not that i want anyone to get hurt. But it gets pretty boring to be alone in here." A loud groan could be heard by whoever was near the small hut who served as Iceberg Village's small hospital. Inside, there was a lonely arctic fox, who worked there as a nurse. But whats the purpose of being there if there's no actual work?

Minutes passed, complaints were spoken. A lot of them.

She heard a knock on the door as she finished her dramatic speech. Wait, what could that be? Maybe someone's out there, so, complaining works, indeed! She left her chair and rushed to open the door. "Greetings!" she shouted. Outside the door was a pink shark dressed in fancy clothing, covering his face with his claws. "Come in!" The fox grabbed the shark's arm and pushed him inside, guiding him to a seat. "What can i help you with?!" the fox said in a happy tone. The shark let his claws down so the other could see his injury. There was a scratch near his nose; "You see, i got this little problem." he pointed to the scratch. "No worries! Just a band-aid will do, now stay here and i'll go fetch you one right away, sharkboy!" she turned away to search for some band-aids, she didn't know where she had put them since it's been a long time since anyone ever came here.

The shark pulled the fox's tail and made her look back "Don't call me that, okay? It's Simon." "Alright! Sorry for the incovenience, ahaha! And the name's Melanie!" she replied as she turned away again to continue her search. A few minutes passed, Melanie still hasn't found the band-aids, Simon was getting mad. "Could you hurry up? It's not a huge problem but it still hurts y" - he was interrupted by a loud noise - A lot of things fell down from the cabinets on the walls. "Aha! There they are!" the band-aids have been found. "Oh, finally!" the shark cheered as he saw the other grab the band-aids. She walked near him and kneeled down to reach Simon's face. She gently pressed the band-aid on his face, taking care to not hurt him even more with her claws.

"Ah, thank you!" he gently said. "I shall get going now, thanks for your services." As he got up, she decided to give a try at holding a conversation. "H-Hey, don't go just yet, you just got here... It's been lonely lately, wouldn't you like to keep me company for a while?" she asked him. "Alright, i guess i can do that."; She sat on a larger sofa and he sat by her side. "So, tell me, what is a shark doing here on Iceberg Isle? What brings you here?" "Personal reasons..." he replied, he seemed uncomfortable there, couldn't keep focused on her, perhaps, something was bothering him...? "Oh, okay okay, whatever you say. Mind if i ask how did you get hurt? Most people here get hurt by that bad orca guy but i think if he attacked you he'd probably do more damage." she told him. "It was a wolf. They were running and accidently hit me i guess." "Wolf? For real? The only wolf i've seen around here is Yukisada's friend and he's a scaredy cat, haha!" she joked about Shirogane. Happily he isn't here, that would hurt his feelings.

"Well, you know, maybe, just maybe, there might be more than just one wolf around here." he said in an ironic tone. "I know, i know, just saying.". Both of them sighed and stayed there for a few minutes without anything to talk about. As soon as Melanie got up, Simon flinched at the sight of her huge syringe, which had a bright rainbow liquid inside. She heard him whimper and noticed what was making him uncomfortable. She turned to him and stared for a few seconds, then, broke the silence. "Fwahaha! Don't worry about my little pal right here." - she picked it up - "No need to be afraid, you just got a little scratch, no need to use this. And i'll never use it anyways, too big." she said, and gave him a hand to get up. He grabbed her hand and walked together with her to the door. With his eyes fixed on the syringe, he tried to look up to her face. "T-Thank you for the band-aid. See you around!" He left and she closed the door without returning the goodbye. Melanie slowly walked back to her chair. "He seemed a nice guy, but a scaredy cat aswell, ahaha...I sure do hope to see him around again." She started to wonder if it would be a good idea to open an hospital deep down in the sea. Maybe the community there is nicer, maybe...

"Nah, snap out of it. I'll settle with this for now."
