DRILLDRUM acknowledged the other two leaders by the tip of his head. Standing, he announced in a booming voice, “Mountaneers, head home!” His wings extended to their full wingspan before he lifted off, heading to the mountains in the distance.

WILDFIRE followed Baxton to the forest. She too to the skies in a less graceful way. Her wings she kept close to her body, making herself streamlined enough to shoot though the sky like an arrow.

FERRAN OF THE PLAINS stood on semi-shaky legs, his human half stretching and adjusting the saddlebags secured around his torso. He laughed giddily at Drilldrum’s exit before making his way through the clearing. Eventually he broke free of the crowd and started to gallop home.

AENEAS had followed the two colorful fish to a kelp forest before losing them. His hair swayed in time with the kelp, his eyes keeping a sharp lookout for other creatures.

DRILLDRUM stood and stepped off of the large rock he had been laying on. Even though he was old, he he still carried himself with pride. He threaded though the creatures till he reached Liv’wor. “Rouges can go where they wish. I personality extend an invitation to all rouges- you may live with the Mountaneers until this Menace has been dealt with. You don’t have to join- just pull your weight and we won’t have problems.”

WILDFIRE almost chuckled at Drilldrum’s bold move. By opening the Mountaneers up to Rouges, he gained free border guards. “Smart move” she said aloud to herself.

FERRAN OF THE PLAINS’s cheeks burned with shame. He probably shouldn’t have burst out like that. But still- if he didn’t volunteer, who will?

DRILLDRUM nodded. “The first thing I think we need to do is strengthen the borders. Ideally, guards every ten feet or so. If they can’t get in, they can’t hurt anyone.” He looked about at the others in the meeting. “However, I doubt we’ll have many volunteers.”

WILDFIRE smiled at her leader’s words. When Drilldrum began to speak, her tail went ‘swish swish swish’ across the ground in agitation. Drilldrum was right- there weren’t enough Islanders to properly defend the borders.

FARRAN OF THE PLAINS had violently pushed his hand into the air when Drilldrum talked about volunteers. “I volunteer! I volunteer!” He smiled and nearly stood, before quietly realizing he had made a huge scene.

AENEAS eventually became distracted by a pair of colorful fish, swimming away from the reef as he chased them.

DRILLDRUM coughed, hopefully drawing the attention of all those there. His wings fluttered in an attempt to get settled before he began speaking. “Thank you all for coming,” he said. “I hope you all are aware of who I am and what is going on. If you do not know, my name is Drilldrum. I am the leader of the Mountaneers. What we have gathered here to discuss today is the Marine Menace.” He coughed once again. “Now I will turn it over to my fellow leaders, Marshon and Baxton.”

WILDFIRE huffed. What was the big deal with these terrorists? She reckoned she could take them out. It wouldn’t be too hard. Just... annoying.

FERRAN OF THE PLAINS was absolutely ecstatic to be in the meeting. There were more creatures, each of them a potential friend! He had settled himself down near the middle of the crowd, and made small talk with the surrounding animals. When the great old Griffin had finally started the meeting, he listened intently, smiling all the while.

AENEAS darted from one coral outcrop to the next, his purple fish tail nearly blending in with the colorful coral. His hair floated gently in the water, and the webbing between his fingers had yet to fail him. He twisted this way and that, keeping an eye out for fellow Marine Menace members.

Family: Emirh and Ilyana of the Plains
Appearance: Ferran’s humanoid half is tan and covered with teal tribal tattoos. His hair is long and dark. He uses a woven wool hair tie to tie it back in a low ponytail. His eyes are sharp and beady, but his hands are large and kind. Ferran’s horse half bears resemblance to a Cleveland Bay horse, with the sleek brown hide and black legs. He wears a modified pair of saddlebags, which attach around the area where human meets horse. That way he can easily reach them & take things out.
Personality: Ferran is very extroverted and excitable. He loves a good race and can often be seen running for the fun of it. He will carry trusted friends on his back, but his galloping has a chance of throwing them off, especially since he refuses saddles and other riding gear.
Special Abilities: Speed- Farran can reach speeds upwards of 50 mph. However, this ability is similar to a cheetah’s, as he can only maintain these speeds for a minute or less.
Backstory: Farran was born & raised in the Plains Tribe, and has never really left the Plains. Why would he need to? He has all the room he needs here, and good friends too. He doesn’t believe that the Marine Menace poses any threat to him or his home.

	(I will post my forms after this) Hey I love the character but I think it’s kinda unrealistic for her to have great eyesight if she’s missing an eye. I would suggest having one of her other senses (hearing or smell, ideally) work overtime to compensate, but she has two abilities (3 counting the sight) already [Read more]
