Or even a new banner for old five stars. Personally, I wouldn't mind if they had a lowered appearance-rate to make up for it. I started playing near the end of Zhongli's rerun and was very sad because I wanted him sooo badly. Would be nice to newer players who wanted to wait for a more complete game- a chance to get old characters. Something tells me that a third banner appearance isn't going to be a thing that happens often. That just might be my inner pessimist speaking, though. [Read more] |

Title: Small ConfessionI have no grounds on which to ever complain: I got my first ever shiny pokemon on this site from a rumble mission: One (1) Shiny Alolan Geodude. It was the first batch I ever received from rumbling in the Alola region. Really messed with me when I got two Nebula stones and an Ice(?) Stone from the next batch. I bred myself a Shiny Ponyta not even a full twenty-four hours after I got my Shiny Geodude. Egg 48. Then, on egg 49 of my next attempt (not even a full week) to get both Shiny Ponyta and Shiny Rapidash, I got another. If I ever start complaining about how long it takes for a shiny, someone please point me to this post in my diary and inform me that I used most, if not all, of my luck early on. [Read more] |

It's easy to find people who think like us and that gives us security. More people who think like you = more acceptance and validation, which in turns means that we feel like we're in the right. That's fine. That's good, even. A healthy thought process for stability on occasion. Keywords: On Occasion. But what about when your thought process is harmful to yourself? So rarely, I've found, do people notice when they're spiraling downwards, myself included. It's like the crab mentality, where when one crab tries to escape a bucket, another will stop them. Only, no ones trying to escape that bucket of 'they think like me, so I must be right'. People and thoughts can be like those crabs, pulling you back down. Please try to be cognizant about that pattern. Sometimes branching out of your immediate social group, no matter how scary, may reveal something new and exciting to you. Being understanding of each other's personal views also help to go a long way, too. No one is going to force your hands over the internet- only you can take that first step, and not all paths are a single road. @SINnabon - Xingqiu is quite fun to mess around with when you get him kit out even half-way decently. He was the third characters I fully ascended, following Kazuha and Qiqi. His basic E skill (for me) usually takes out a quarter-health of most elite enemies shields (darn Geo and Hydro shields) and sometimes 2H-KO's most regular non-shield enemies if I set up a combo like freeze or electro-charged. As for Kokomi... I did the basic ten-pull as a Bday gift to myself and mostly out of curiosity. Got her. Her healing is based on her max HP, so I guess I know which set of artifacts I need to roll for. Now to decide if I finally max out Little Miss Pryo (Klee) or do I focus on Kokomi and get more healers for Domains since I still haven't figured out how to use Barbara as a proper healer... I... I have regrets opening the forum. What an odd start to my day. Not sure to if to raise my fist to the sky and dramatically say 'Curse You' or just sigh and go 'Well, there was a warning I ignored' and go about my day. Well done on the photoshop. Took a full class on it not too long ago. I just remember I used it to doodle and soften edges more than I did anything else. [Read more] |

Sadly, I think that with Inazuma out, we're going to have to wait a decent time for a Xiao re-run since Mihoyo can add new characters for Inazuma. Congrats on pocketing a Shogun- it's quite an impressive feat to have an entire person in your pocket. Good luck on building/saving up for Xiao. I'm saving for him too, but Kokomi is supposed to come out next banner, right? I can't decide if I want to try a single ten-pull for her as a birthday gift to myself since she literally comes out the 21st. I can always use more healers for spiral abyss. [Read more] |

That said, if anyone on the NA servers want the fishing achievement (or any of the co-op only achievements) or needs to farm mats (or anything, really. I'm mostly just bored and enjoy helping others!), just let me know. Please just make sure to leave some stuff behind for others who may arrive after, though. Heh, you just want a buddy to travel around with you while you aim for map completion? I'm game. Exploring is fun! so is messing with mob AI. Warning, I am World Level 7. 1) I can't really help you with the pulls. I bought from the shop and gave a 10-pull attempt, just for the sake of attempting and curiosity. I didn't get Baal, and instead got a 4-star weapon. I'm in the pity range for 5 stars, but I really am hoping for a Xiao rerun eventually. If you really want Ganyu, wait until she's got a rerun and go ham them. Until then, save to see if you can't get her a higher constellation? 2) Ningguang has a really powerful Jade Screen buff, but that's only if you build her right and have the right constellation. I also don't really use her much except for locating those pesky hard-to-see ores... so I can't speak for her. Personally, I got C3 Xingqiu by accident and have been having fun with his rain cutter and element reactions. 3) Blackcliff weapons... I can't speak for them, as I sadly don't use them. Those are the dust/glitter shop ones, right? I recall a friend who used them mentioning they really weren't worth it if you have better stuff to buy, but they could be decent if you need weapons with Crit Damage bonus and have the right set up for it. Saves on needing Crit Damage *and* Crit Rate artifacts substats, at the very least. [Read more] |

I'm usually online pretty often, and with my world open to joining without invite unless I'm traveling, in which case I close the world. If you add me and see me online and are able to join, never hesitate to just jump in and start farming or asking me for help with domain stuff. Just please don't be offended if I end up taking a bit to respond in chat. People have this weird habit of joining when I'm in the middle of conversation or combat. Same offer to anyone else in the NA Servers. Not too sure how things would work if I swapped to a different server, though, sorry. [Read more] |

Title: Rant (ignore this)Like, I once lived in an apartment with three other people. It wasn't that big of an apartment- it was literally small room with a side kitchen, a single bathroom, and a hallway with four doors. The sheer number of times one of us had to educate the other on something that should be common sense but wasn't to that one single person is... innumerable. I once had to scold a roommate for trying to microwave five (5!) popcorn kernels in a damp paper towel, while someone once scolded me about how I needed to separate the whites from darks when doing laundry. Those are all personal preference and easily understood. But, one of the biggest things that stick to mind is... this one dude. I don't recall why he moved into the apartment building or why I never saw him in any of the community classes the school offered, but I do remember this from my roommate who DID have him in two classes and was the grading-assistant for this one particular teacher. This golden piece of advice I learned from him? Never correct a teacher when they give you a slightly less-than-perfect grade on an assignment you didn't do any work for, and if you do, never blurt out the fact that you've been paying someone else to do all the work for your entire academic education. Dude decided that he didn't want to accept a 96 on one of his assignments, and rudely demanded the teacher regrade his work. Only, the teacher apparently had been in a bit of rough spot and had enough with the disrespect he got from said student (turned out he was a repeat offender and was a frequent 'no-call, no-show') and regraded everything. In painstaking detail. It ended with him getting a grade drop from 96 to something in the low twenties. Only, the teacher didn't end there. He also graded the Works Cited page and backtracked through everything to ensure the student didn't copy-paste all the information from wikipedia or something. Guess what- he did, so instead of the twenty-something, the student now had a big-fat zero as a grade. Now, in this school I went to, if you were caught plagiarizing, you were given a warning and a third of what your grade would have been. Caught again, you were given an academic suspension (two weeks from classes) and were forced to to write an essay on why plagiarizing was bad while under strict supervision before you were allowed to return. Third offense? You got kicked out of the school program with no refund and blacklisted from all the schools offering said program (which was just about every school in the state). This idiot, on his very first offense, gets offended and blurted out the there was no way he could have plagiarized as he hadn't written a single thing and had been paying someone else to to the work for him. In fact, the only reason he even got into the school and had the grades he did was because he had been paying someone to do the work for him. Which, guess what. Got the idiot kicked out from the school and program, and his name blacklisted. --- I know people who would scoff at the dude and tell him off for being a complete idiot with a lack of knowledge of how the world works, but... I again mention: why does no one get upset about the fact his guardians failed him at some point in his upbringing to let him believe that you can toss money at something and 'poof' no more work? There's always going to be work, somewhere in the step-ladder of progression. It's just a matter of when it comes to bite you in the rear. This wasn't even a prestigious school. It was literally the bottom-rung of the ladder, where people sent their kids to get an education for maybe a year or two before getting some low-end job that maybe could help them afford the roof over their heads, if they even had one. I'm not really certain what I'm supposed to DO with a Diary, but I was told it seemed fun. A place to ramble away without so much as a care to the world. Which means I can start with this: Who throws a perfectly good Ultra Ball into the sea for some poor fisherwoman to fish up in the middle of some rain? I was just minding my own business, fishing up Seakings, Frillish and even Tentacools, when out of nowhere, BAM! Ultra Ball to the face! I mean... I'm not currently in the process of catching anything, but I suppose that whoever threw their perfectly good Ultra Ball into the sea won't mind if I hang on to it for safe keeping... and later use. And that's just a small tidbit! I've fished up things I didn't think was possible to fish up with a hook. Like sand. How does someone "fish up" a bundle of sand without it, you know, falling apart?
