Neilò caught up to her mocking Cinderace, giving her an annoyed look before opening the Pokemon Centre's doors. She scanned the inside, then moved up to the counter, handing her team to the nurse. While she waited the doors opened and a weird pokemon with a yellow head and a suffering expression waddled in, and started harassing the Indeedee at the bar. Rotom, helpful as ever, downloaded the info about the bizarre pokemon.

"That woman up there doesn't really feel trustworthy..." Neilò sighed, looking to the scientist fumbling around a weird machine, just outside Stow-on-Side, then turned to look at Bellatrix juggling a small rock with her feet.
She wasnt't really surprised when she heard a loud noise coming from the direction of the scientist.
"Well, I guess it's time to pack up. Let's see if I can find somebody at the Pokemon Centre of that town there"
"Cinder?" Bellatrix asked. "Of course!" Neilò smiled.
"On your marks! Ready... go!" Trainer and pokemon dashed towards the Pokemon Centre.

Question: is this school-based? If so, can characters be part of the faculty?
I'm asking because I have an adult MHA OC I'd like to roleplay (also, her quirk is pretty unwieldy for roleplay, so she wouldn't be great for a combat school-based story)

Quirk: Conscience Transfer (Becky can transfer her consciousness into her past self, maintaining her future knowledge, memory, muscle memory. The shock of the transfer makes it so her appearance (including age, weight, wounds/scars, muscle and fat percentages...) also carries over into the past.
Appearance: Relatively short, quite bulky, blonde with blue eyes. Wears a labcoat and baggy clothes (usually a long-sleeved shirt and long trousers); also glasses. Looks like she's in her mid thirties
Age (14+): anagrafically 25
Personality: Calm, collected, driven, a bit of a loner, but enjoys the presence of children and teenagers (especially if she can teach them something)
Backstory (Optional): Her very unusual quirk remained undetcted up until she was ten years old. The fact she supposedly didn't have a quirk didn't bother her too much: both her parents were quirkless, and she didn't really want to be an hero. After she unexpectedly went back to her previous birthday after wishing the next one would come soon, she started experimenting. This sparked in her the desire to study quirk biology to better understand how that happened. Using her quirk to "scout" exam questions, she started noticing she looked older than her peers, but she was also advancing faster than most, and so, at only 25 years of age, she's one of the lead quirk biologists in the world.
