I guess I will split mine up so I don't go overboard all at once... so here's the first batch!

"Uhm... I'd like to drop of Shinx with Nurse Joy first and catch up with you guys?" Cass asked. She had been pretty quiet so far after coming into the big city. She hadn't expected so many people and such tall buildings- and it was all indoor! As they walked she was bumped into a bit by people crowding around and trying to get past them and toward the elevator or just rushing around the city.

Duchess was talking to another boy, "You're Victor, right?" She asked, having seen him around their town before. Her uncle always kept her so busy, she barely had time to learn any other kids names, unless they were right around her house. His pikachu waved to Duchess and her pokes that were in her bag.

"Can I help anyone?" Nurse Joy had walked up to them, the bright smile on her face as always. "Yes, I came across this shinx who got hurt by some thorns. I did what I could, but..."

"I can fix him up for you- is he yours?" She asked taking shinx out of her arms and into her own. "And the others?" She asked everyone. An Audion came around with a stretcher to lay any pokemon or pokeballs on.

"Oh! Yes." Cass handed over the pokeball for shinx, she looked to Osha, but he was still pretty perky and since he hadn't been training or battling much he seemed fine.

"Ok, I'll do what I can. You can come get your pokemon in about an hour."

Actually, they didn't need to select the plushie each and every time. When the icon appears in the taskbar, you can tell if that plushie is shiny or not. It has nothing to do with selecting the plushie each and every time, it doesn't increase your chances in the least. My son for instance had the chance to get the shiny plushie the very first time the shaymin appeared for him. So Nexy seeing the Shaymin 15 times is quite amazing and to not have the shiny plushie show up at all. For that matter, Nexy could have gotten the egg each and every time and it would hav still been the 20% chance on the shiny plushie. Getting regular plushies had nothing to do with increasing your chance to get the shiny.

	Since the Sky Gifts are still active- does that mean Shaymin is too? I know the first page had the end date for Shaymin, but not the Sky Gifts. I assumed they ended at the same time. Wondering if it got extended? [Read more]

She'd never been in one like this before. She was anxious to see what Ask thought was so special; her and her pokemon were on the edge of their seats looking around and taking in the view. "Hey Osha, you wanna see this?" Cass asked her partner who was busy snoozing under her hat. At the sound of her voice she shook awake and peered out from underneath. He crawled down to sit on top of her shoulder. Shinx looked around a little worried, and tucked himself tightly into her arms. "It's alright, I wont let anything happen to you." She smiled at them both and walked behind Duchess. The door swung open, but it was fairly bright and Cass had to look away until the onslaught of the sun let her see what was beyond it.

Cass walked silently with the rest, she wondered if Ask had heard her question or not. "Shii" The shinx fidgeted in her arms, so she adjusted them to make him more comfortable. "Would you be more comfortable traveling there in the pokeball?" She asked, Osha finaly poked his head from under her cap to look down at his new friend. After looking at Osha he shook his head and laid it down on her arm while they walked. They reached the elevator Ask had been talking about and she waited for it to open and enter the new city.

"Yeah, I'm coming. I need to get this little guy to the Pokecenter when we get there." Cass said holding up shinx and his injured paw. Osha was still napping under her hat, making her braid come loose a bit, but she didn't mind.

"Are you coming Katniss?" She asked while adjusting her pack a bit. Not used to having a backpack at all times, she knew it would be something to get used to. "Ask... Do you think there will be more of those people or parasites in the bigger city?" She walked closer him him and whispered in a hushed voice.

After listening tot he professor Cassidy walked out with Ask and the others. It seemed everyone had their own agenda when they reached Route 1, so Cass walked around looking for some wild pokemon. She heard others attacking and training their pokemon already, but Osha still seemed a bit timid after what happened. A rustling in the bushes next to her had her moving in closer to look. She would be very careful though- she didn't want another mushroom parasite run-in.

There was a sharp whimper that even got Osha's attention. "Hey, are you okay?" She asked, as she moved the branches finding an shinx caught in some barbs. "Oh, ok. Just relax I'll help you out." She smiled and even Osha came to move some of the branches. Once free the shinx limped out, still looking at them wearily. "You are really small... did you get lost? Oh! Your all scratched up." Cass pulled a small cloth out of her back pocket, "Osha can you use water gun to wet this so we can clean this bad wound?" Osha nodded and used it to help out. Cass cleaned up the shinx and his paw, which was still making him limp. Osha handed his scarf to her, and she wrapped it up. "That should do it for now..." The shinx rubbed against her hands, getting up to leave, but stopping to look around. He looked so sad. "Would you like to come with us? We are just headed out on a journey with our friends... it's always nice to have a new friend." Smiling she held out a pokeball. After a few moments the shinx smiled and nodded.

Finding the others she held her new shinx in her arms, Osha was under her hat again and from the sound of it, snoozing. "Hey, you found a zorua! That's great! Are you guys not catching anything here?" She looked around again, "Where should we head to first Ask?"

((Wow, Im so not used to being on an RP like this with so many back-to-back posting... I'll try my best to keep up...))

The boy lay in a lump on the ground, the others were mumbling but she couldn't hear them. Her heart was pounding in her chest, and Osha was shaking under her hat. Battling was something everyone knew about- but it didn't usually involve actual people DYING. It wasn't normal. Cass kept telling herself that, as if it really made a difference.

When she finally got her bearings back, she saw that Ask and Katniss were gone- probably to pack. Good idea. She wanted to get as far as this place as she could right now. Without another word she ran back to her home. Ignoring her uncle who called out to her and slamming the door behind her. Osha was still shaking ontop of her head. "Hey... its alright." She took off her hat and cradled him in her arms. "I'm sorry you had to see that... I don't really know what it was." Osha looked up at her so worried. "It'll be alright. I promise. You protect me from pokemon, I'll protect you from those people, deal?" She smiled as brightly as she could to reassure him, even though she wasn't sure what to do. He nodded and hugged her; she hugged him back. "Maybe we should go ask the professor if he knows what they are?"

After packing her bag- a white bag with blue patches for the pockets- with a sleeping bag, extra blanket and travel pillow, she headed downstairs for food supplies. Basics; ready to eat meals, sandwich stuff, water pellets for clean drinking water, extra water bottles, water proof matches and extra clothes. Cory brought Osha back downstairs and gave them both a tight hug. "Here, these used to fit me, but I think they'll be good for you." Cory said, putting a pair of blue sunglasses and a white scarf on Osha. He looked so excited, he danced around looking at his new presents. She would miss her brother terribly, her uncle not so much, she tried to not have a teary goodbye, but it was hard.

Finally they headed out. But first, the lab! Entering she caught the middle of the professor talking about the parasites and went to stand next to Ask and Katniss and Purple. Osha hugged her leg as the professor talked about having to kill the people the parasites controlled.
