Note: I am not sure if this idea was suggested before but if it was, I didn't copy that idea.

I was thinking about an Emera Birdwatching Center similar to the Emera Beach but instead of fishing for pokemon, you look for bird pokemon. And if you find a bird pokemon, you have three options: Release it, catch it(with a pokeball so that it goes to storage box or party), or to put the pokemon in a box similar to the fish box in the emera beach. And I was thinking there can be someone similar to Leah the Mermaid but it's a birdcatcher who is trading certain items for your pokemon. Also I was thinking there can be something similar to the Puzzle Collection but instead of puzzles, it's bird pokemon and for every bird pokemon you encounter, it saves it in the birdbook. And I was thinking that instead of fishing rods like in the emera beach, there could be levels and the higher the level the rarer bird pokemon you encounter. So you start from the ground level and the more pokemon you encounter, the higher level you reach until you can even encounter legendaries.

Summary:
- Emera Birdwatching Center similar to Emera Beach
- You can catch, store or release bird Pokémon
- There is a birdwatcher trading items or other pokemon for your bird pokemon
- Levels and the higher the level, the rarer the Pokémon and you can reach higher levels by getting points from encountering bird pokemon.
- Birdbook similar to puzzle collection, that records the pokemon you encounter
