Idk bro I mean for me you just kind of think of these things when its 1 am and your brain just mashes together stuff from your favorite characters and go "hey thats kinda cute ima do that. ye." and then it works out i guess : / i got the idea for my oc's design from things like scotch tape official's rice monster, sableye, a really old oc of mine that i made when i was 12 (my new one could be seen as some sort of updated genderbend version of it I guess), and also the funny little black thing I see sometimes in the corner of my eye. (I always thought it was like a little fairy that followed me or something ever since I was little and it always darts out of my field of vision when i try to look at it, whether its just my eyes or hallucinations or just a figment of my imagination from my childhood, I don't even know)

"Well you see," Jinx chimed in as she walked quickly to keep up with the other two. Her tiny feet were quiet, but someone with extremely good hearing would be able to hear the small pat pat pat of her bare feet against the ground.

"A potato's this round, brown thing. But it's white and mushy in the middle. It's a really good vegetable that a lot of people like, but personally they're kinda gross. Although I mean, if you put enough cheese and butter on it it tastes pretty good, and you can turn them into chips and fries and stuff. There's a lot more you can do with them too. But I mean, since I don't need to eat, I don't have to eat potatoes if I don't want to so it works out." She shrugged, staring blankly into space as she thought about it for a second. Yeah, potatoes are good, just not when they're actually served as potatoes.

Jinx flew into the room that she thought Ez went into-nope that was the wrong one. Flustered, she apologized for interrupting practice for one of the other circus members. Which one was it...? This one....?

"Ah HAH!" Jinx whizzed around the alp. "Ez! I just remembered that joke! It went like...why did the cat wear a top hat? Because he was feline sassy! Get it?! And...oh, there's an actual cat here, hi Kitty!" The pixie plopped herself onto the ground in front of the cat's cage and waved at it, distracted by the fact that there was a small animal in the room.

"Kitty! Kitty-kitty-kitty, good kitty! Mmmm I love kitties!"

(Ez is Jinx's mispronounced nickname for Az)

Personality: Jinx is surprisingly optimistic considering the conditions she lives in. While she's sweet, she's also very blunt, but that could simply be typical pixie manners. If she's given fresh fruit, she will love you forever, although she doesn't seem to have a mouth and doesn't even need typical food to sustain herself, being able to feed off emotions of other creatures. She's stronger than she looks and won't hesitate to punch you, but it still wouldn't be a very powerful punch simply due to her small stature. And speaking of small stature, don't even bother with short jokes, she's heard them all. Shiny things are among her favorite objects, although she is not to be trusted with anything, she'll lose it within an hour. She also has a habit of talking and having entire conversations with herself, especially when she thinks no one is listening. When she's found out she gets embarrassed. Occasionally she'll see, smell, or hear things that don't actually exist, and whether it's because of her own species magic or because of her state of mind is unknown.
Occupation: Fills misc roles such as ticket-selling and tip-gathering. Is popular with visitors (particularly children) due to her cute appearance. She also creates decorations, and being able to fly means she's usually the one that hangs things up and do flyovers with glitter or confetti in shows.
Background information: She was caught while wandering alone in a field and sold to the circus. She claims to have been looking for someone, but can't remember who or why. For now she sticks with the circus, first of all because they've threatened to cut her wings off if she tries to escape, second of all because she's waiting for something to jog her memory and hopefully find the "super important person."
Crushes: none lmao
Other: She doesn't remember names very well and gives her own nickname to those she meets that she deems important enough to her or that she thinks she'll see often. Also, she owns two objects that she's somehow managed to hold onto without losing them. The first is a key that opens...well, no one is really sure what. The second is a small bottle made of red glass. For some reason it never breaks.
