A quiet young(ish) fellow, who doesn't really know who to socialize, he tries, a lot, but with his cold expression and his semi-crude sense of humor, not a lot people enjoy his company, it leaves him depressed. When he opens up to someone he is a genuinely nice, kind, and caring person, but he has never been able to show this side of himself.

He found his interest in guitars, he felt a connection to them. when Cyrus want to play the electric guitar, his parents cut off funding provided for his music career.being a arrogant young man he was, He thought they were joking, so he went on spending lots of money, until the money was gone. He became basically broke, all his clothes are thrift, his phone is 5+ years old, and he doesn't own a place. his been trying for 13 years to make it big, but he has had no success, the hope lounge might just be his last chance to make it big.

" well it's simple.. Dakota will tell them that I wanted her to come back to team rocket, and that I told the location of the Galar rocket base, she'll tell everyone that team rocket is very strong and that it would take all of the to defeat team rocket, including the Mewtwo. The battle test room will be where the 'guests' will be captured.. it will at be cover in resin mixed with powdered Dark gems so and psychic moves will do nothing to it. I will the the engineers to build restraining robotic arms, which we will also cover in dark gem resin. We will then lock the humans in the prison area, keep there Pokemon to sell besides the Weird Eevee and Mewtwo. Those will be kept to further experiments."
