Personality: Shy, (usually) friendly, and almost always tired. She may act like she's strong, but she really isn't.
Village: Friendship Village
Background Information: Dusty always lived in Friendship Village. One day, when Dusty, her mother, and her father went out to explore, her father got attacked by a Pokemon. She can't remember what Pokemon it was or why it attacked, but shortly after the attack her father died. Around a year later, Dusty finally had the enough courage to go explore, alone. As she explored, she found a blue scarf on the ground. She kept that scarf and still has it.
Appearance: A regular Rockruff with a blue scarf.
