The first place to get a Ditto (without other players) would be the lab. The egg would be "Normal" type and "Ditto" rarity. They are extremely rare.

The second option (involving a little bit of other players) would be "renting" a Ditto from another player (so you have its Pokedex Entry). As long as you have the Pokedex entry, you can buy a Ditto egg at the Gem Collector for 10,000 Normal Gems. This method requires quite a big amount of trust between players.

The third option is to buy a Ditto directly from other players. According to stonks current price for Ditto is 2,5 million to 3,6 million PD, which equals (at current prices) to roughly 900 to 1300 Nuggets

(fun fact, at current 'fair price' the 10k Normal Gems would cost 19 million PDs if bought from the Item Market. But they can be traded for other Gems and gained from rumble missions for free, which is nice)

There are two ways to handle this situation: 1) You keep the Hoopa quest activate until you unlock more pages and get the ring from there 2) you can abandon the Hoopa quest and re-start it by finding Hoopa in the Treasure game again, hoping the rings are on unlocked pages this time (because they are randomized every time you start the quest) [Read more]

	The reason for this is that there is a Paradox Donphan (Great Tusk), but there is no Paradox Phanpy. And as you can't hatch evolved Pokemon from eggs, you would get the Pokemon directly instead of an egg. If there is really a text saying to "claim the egg", then I guess it is the generic message from the Miraidon/Koraidon quest, where you actually get an egg. [Read more]

It is possible for this to happen, because you can't put two Pokemon of the exact same species in the WonderTrade. Which means, putting 1 Surskit and 1 Masquerain (like you did) is absolutely fine and possible. But you can't put 2 Surskit into the Trade.

The fact that the Surskit evolved is not a problem, because YOU didnt "put" two Masquerain up. Pokemon put of the Wonder Trade are not locked from receiving interactions and therefore can evolve. It's not a problem :)

You can select the special legendary rumble maps from the "Start new rumble mission" screen.

BUT the maps have a type requirement. Let's take the "Marine Cave" for example. As it is a rumble mission that happens under water, you have to send a Water-type Pokemon.
(I can't test this right now because I currently dont own any Maps, but it is very possible that the legendary maps will only appear in the "special Area" selection, when you have selected a Pokemon of the appropiate type)

The wiki has more precise information on which types are needed for which maps.

To find legendary eggs in the Tall Grass, you need the mentioned Egg Radar Chip (which you already bought). But you also need a kind of "summoning" item, which are:
Meltan Candy for Meltan
Nebula Stone for Cosmog
Resolute Stone for Keldeo
Enigma Stone for Latias/Latios

So you need to have those candy or stone in your inventory, and then you can activate it on the Tall Grass page to start the TG minigame. You can't search for Legendary eggs by just using the dropdown list like regular Pokemon
