If I'm wrong and Lydia is a saint, I need you to protect me. The remaining Yokai will target me. Tarik, I want to trust you, so I am going to investigate you tonight. I'm fairly certain your the other saint, so if you want to protect me too, that can only help me. Milotic is one hundred percent good because she voted Sylvie. Kotone, I apologize for throwing your name around. I wanted to see if you would reveal, and secondarily, who would jump on the vote. Sylvie did just that, and refused to change her vote once Kotone revealed as Valkyrie. And I'm inclined to trust Kotone here."

Paiyoon grinned. "You all have been farming potatoes, and I'm over here playing chess. So it comes down to the simple fact: do you trust me? Because when Sylvie is voted out and the game confirms my story, it will be pretty funny if you were on the wrong side of the vote."

Tarik nodded. "You better not be misleading me, maybe or maybe not archangel. I'll see to it i vote Kotone, but i'll be watching you and the announcements like a hawk." Tariks voice took on a softer tone. "I want to minimize the deaths as much as possible. Lets finish this together, with all of us alive. I believe we can do it." Tariks eyes were shining with hope. "I'm saying no to Shieta because I have suspicions of them being marked down by the archangel. That's if you're archangel of course, though I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt for now. As for Lydia, she doesn't strike me as either Yokai or archangel, she's probably a civilian. Of course, it's just a hunch and i could be wrong, but i'm fine with voting them if you truly insist upon it." Tarik hesitated before bending down and whispering to Paiyoon. "Besides, you'd be losing out if you voted me out. I trust you to not be a yokai, so I'm willing to tell that i'm too important to die now."

I know you're definitely not yokai, and I doubt Shieta or Lydia are Yokai either honestly." Tarik paused. "Well, maybe not for Shieta, but that eliminates three suspects. Who should we vote? She took a deep breath. Maybe she was being rude, but Tarik hadn't taken any time to talk to her. To understand her motivations. Yes, it was guilty until proven innocent, but Paiyoon would always listen to someone's defense when they offered it to her. If the circumstances were different, she would have even wanted to work with Tarik. But no, that ship had sailed.

"Look, vote me if you want. I don't really care. I've already figured half of this game out. If you're really town, screw yourself over and lose another person who would vote with you."

It was clear he felt rather strongly about what Paiyoon had done, and had taken every word she said personally and to heart, particularly the accusation of being Yokai just for voicing his suspicions.
