Your favorite book: entire Darkwoods series by Marta Stahlfeld What you like about reading: I love being able to go elsewhere without leaving my room. Being immersed in the trials and wars of so many cultures, despite only a few actually being reality. I learn the characters personalities and feel as though I could know them IRL. Character name: Claire Character Species: Angel-Elf hybrid Is your character going to be one of the choosen ones? Yes, but not immediately, she'll eventually be recognized as the angel's representative though Rank (Optional) Loner (read backstory) Abillities: Flight: She has wings. Need I say more? Deformed Senses: Claire's strange hybridity has given her some unique senses from both the elves and angels, and some from neither. Her feathery 'ears' intake vibrations differently than real ears would, making her immune to vocal based magic (ie a banshee's scream), but when caught in great winds (whether natural or because she's flying) she is basically deaf. She is immune to mind reading, and also mute. Holy Light: If Claire spends to much time in the shadows, she'll begin to get sick. Normally it takes 24 hours to develop from anything more than a cough, but she still tries to spend as much time in light as possible. Personality: Claire just likes to go with the flow. Over the years she's gotten very good at adapting and surviving, but her educational mind is lacking, and she can come across as slow-witted at times. She is very transparent. Her muteness is not really a barrier as she normally doesn't have anything to contribute to conversations anyway. Claire can be overly loyal, and also knows sometimes its just best to be there when someone's hurting. I guess basically just think emotional support dog XD. Gender/ Pronouns: Female she/her Backstory (Optional): Claire's mother was an angel, and her father was an elf. Her mother enjoyed coming down from the angel's realm up above because of the beautiful woods on the planet, something she could not normally access. Claire's father lived in those woods, and the two quickly fell in love. When Claire's mother revealed she was pregnant, Claire's father grew uncomfortable. He loved this woman, but he did not want anything to do with a child. A child would be nothing but a use of resources and a break between the two's relationship, he feared. He wished there was a way to undo the pregnancy, but he did not say so to Claire's mom, scared he would anger her. When the time came, Claire's mother came to earth, so the coming baby's father could witness her birth, but for some reason minutes after Claire's birth, her mom died. As much as her father wanted Claire gone, he couldn't kill her, so instead with aid from friends in high power among the elvish community, Claire was banned from their land. Somehow the young one survived (maybe with help from relatives on mom's side? I'm not telling >:)) and the memories of her birth stayed in her head. She wouldn't go into the elvish woods if her life depended on it, but she feared if she even managed to find where the angels lived, she would not be allowed in because she was a hybrid. Name: Lucy age: Same age group as Abigail, Sam, and Sebastian (Look down at Game category for explanation) species: Human Gender: Female pronouns: She/her Game: Stardew Valley appearance: Not available atm, I'll log on and screenshot my chara later personality: Lucy is a mostly secluded farmer, living on the edge of Stardew Valley. She doesn't enter town much, and when she does, it's rarely to be with friends. She hasn't told anybody, but she is Gotorian by birth, and very few citizens of the valley don't hate them with a passion. As she is the same age of Abigail, Sam, and Sebastian, she has developed a friendship with them, but still avoids them sometimes when they try to talk/hang out with her. Jaz and Vincent like coming out to the farm and helping her with some of the simpler chores when they can. Her favorite place, though, it the abandoned town hall. It's where she met the Junimos, and where the entrance to the Gamers Central lies. Second favorite is the mine, where she has spent hours gathering ore and mastering melee combat. Nobody else in Stardew Valley was aware of Gamers Central, so only she and a few of her Junimo friends are now free from the virus. abilities: ~She is very good at melee, her weapon of choice being the Obsidian Sword she found deep in the mines. She was the first Junimo to meet Lucy, accidently getting left behind by her companions the night they repaired the bridge by the mines. Luckily, Lucy was the first to find Stardrop, keeping the presence of Junimos secret to all. StarDrop developed a liking for Lucy, staying and helping on the farm when the children are around. She's gotten better at identifying plants and herbs, expanding her knowledge of the flora from other games in Gamers Central. When combat happens the purple Junimo will hide in Lucy's backpack as to avoid joining in. abilities: ~StarDrop has slowly been learning to make plants grow at will.
